People do use these kinda words in order to get around filters when talking about heavy topics, especially on Youtube. It's one thing to censor people who want to spread hate towards minority groups. But it's another thing when someone just wants to share an experience they made that could also spread awareness about a serious social issue that needs to be addressed.
