We had one, but it died out.
There was also a 20 questions version, but that also died.

Could always try a new one though.

Yeah, I looked at that first one and it's called Who's that Pokemon, but it's just describing it and then guessing, so I thought it was different enough. As for the second one, it's definitely closer, but like you said it's a bit older and different in some ways so I'ma go for it then :D

It kinda sounded like that 20 questions one, but without the 20 questions limit to me =3


I was about to leave an area in the Indigo Disk as I only briefly entered it for a quick BBQ. Randomly hopped onto a ledge and saw an orange Alolan Geodude xD
That's my second random shiny just exploring this place, and I caught another shiny while I was hopping from raid to raid to prepare my new team for the DLC before going here :cool:

Man, that sorta thing makes me sad. I've gotten three shinies myself since I started playing in 2010. One shiny Eevee on the 8th egg in Shield(after having bred about 10 boxes worth in Moon...), an accidental Buneary in Isle of Armor, and then some random shiny Mudbray I think on my way to Alfornada? I dont remember exactly where but West side of the map.

And I know I've put in like. Hundreds and hundreds of hours into these games.

Aaaand then you've got people like my friend who only started in Shield, got Scarlet right after I picked up Violet, then proceeded to find two shiny Lechonks and a shiny Tarountula in 45 minutes.

I am bad at shinies t-t.

Also, the Who's the Pokemon idea is basically the 20 questions thing but without the limitation and different rules about questions and answering, which actually is important to it since it's supposed to be a bit more competitive in trying to keep people from guessing your Pokemon for as long as possible, but also them trying to guess it as fast as possible. Idk. I def think I might've gone a bit over on it XD

I haven't found any while playing the story, but I found 2 in the indico disk and one in Paldea back when i was playing the first DLC.

I think that's the most i found in one game. Maybe UM more with that minigame. I'm not sure. However, i don't think i found more than 4 in UM.

People just willynillying shinies to death even in challenges makes me so sad. Like. I understand why. But to me it's just :(,,, you could catch it and give it away at the very least-

I had like 2,5 boxes worth of nothing but Ultra Wormhole shinies, all of which I got in like 3 days.
You want shinies? The Ultra Wormhole in USUM is pretty dang busted lol
You don't even need to get a shiny charm or boost your odds in any way for the regular Pokemon in there =D
