Err.. quite fast.. I tend to notice I actually type faster than a lot of people.. even though I mostly only use 3 fingers on the keyboard.. And I like to think about what I want to say before I post it..

Yeah I do four sometimes, too.. the ring finger for backspace and for shift.. but... to be honest.. 3/4ths of my keyboard I type with my middle finger with my right hand..

I just can do it with a lot of accuracy and speed.. and I guess it comes from learning piano or something.. I hardly ever need to look down at my hand placement..

It gets significantly harder to type when lying down, though..
