Not impossible. Just hard to learn something new.

Your 11 now Sam. You can learn anything, just keep trying. I couldn't even write a simple script for my IRC client a few days ago, now I have a kick script for when someone says Darkrai or swears. Trying to learn more advance things at the moment.
 
I've been using Photoshop for three years and I still don't know everything about it. :/ It's something you learn over time, I suppose.
 
Photoshop is a Huge program, I've been using it for over 7 years (I can still remember using 5.0 O_O) and I have yet to probably scratch the surface of it, there's just so much in there. I learn something new every day just by messing around and trying different things.
 
Maybe we're meant not to learn it all in no time at all... heh.
No the real PhotoShop versions are for professionals, it'd probably be pretty awesome if a "normal" person could mater it just like that.
 
I just do random stuff on PS, nothing too special >: Half the techniques I do on banners and stuff I've forgotten.
 
There are many tutorials and so around PC aren't there? I've never bothered to get through one.. but it might be worth it.

If you give up so easily at just learning Photoshop, what happens later on in life?

Besides, Photoshop is a difficult program to learn. I tried it, and couldn't figure anything out because of all the bells and whistles. I only had the one-month trial and didn't have enough time to try everything out. But I'm looking to buy the program. Sure, I don't understand anything, but I'm willing to try for as long as it takes to figure something out.

And I was twenty when I tried it. :o So you're nine years younger than me, and you probably know more than I do about it.

Basically, just think of it this way: Instead of looking at others and thinking "I can't do that!", look at what you can do and think "I can do this!" When you think about what you have accomplished instead of what you haven't, you won't be so quick to give up.

So keep trying.

And I don't remember my first sig. The only thing I remember about it was that it had a picture of Streaky the Supercat.

It's not impossible! You just have too keep trying! It is a program many professionals do, so I don't expect a lot of people to be an expert in it. I started by looking at tutorials and trying to get the ropes down and go form there. Even I don't even know barely anything about photoshop's advantages and features. Just keep trying! I use photoshop for Drawing, Graphics, and Photo editing. So it's useful. Good luck! ^^
 
Everytime I read a tutorial, I learn something new about what PS can do. It takes a really long time to learn everything PS is capable of doing, so don't give up, Sam Smith! :D

I was really noobish at first too but eventually I got better at grammar and punctuation. I dont really think that I'm very noobish anymore because if you compare my posts from three years ago, to the ones now, you would see a major difference.

...i cant remember the first banner I ever had on PC. XD It was like, three years ago.

All my themes come out crappy. It's like I've lost my touch. I dont even use PS I use GIMP and there isnt a whole lot you can do either.
 
I'm very noobish, I talk like a Five year old. XD
Of course I'm better than I was 3 years ago, but I'm still very very, very.... Noobish.

i've been using ps for about 3 years, and like gerri said, its a large program, you learn new stuff all the time, i was also pretty bad when i started you just gotta keep at it, you'll get better ^^. Try some tutorials you'll learn alot, deviantart is great for tutorials.

It's hard to use PS and it's hard to use Gimp. I need to get PS. the trial wasn't enough
 
I wanna watch the new Pokemon movie. It's on now on cartoon network but I'm English and I don't have cartoon network.

This isn't fair. People on IRC are teasing me.
 
I can use GIMP, but its the lack of PS keyboard shortcuts that kill me. Keyboard shortcuts are my best friends.
