Check out Hiroshi's sig:
https://www.pkmncommunity.com/member.php?u=3002

He didn't write on his banner, he somehow put it in the background of the box in his signature.

This is done with coding.
Although he leaves a note: (in the coding)
Coded by myself. Usage of any portion of this signature requires permission.
So there you have it. SOLVED :D

So it was coding after all?

Mysterious solved.

Medal goes to DarkkChildd for figuring out what we were talking about. XD

I remember yours I think. It was the scrolling one with the cool Poffin pic at the end wasn't it?

I just like mine to have a background. Suits the banner a bit more.

In Jake's defense, people did actually steal his CSS code, only changing colours really. Considering that his is pretty original, I'd say it's fair enough that he leaves such a message.

I don't see why you got rid of yours Audy. It was vastly different to every other sig, pretty damn awesome too. Your new one should be good as well, if only you stopped browsing YouTube for pr0n and put some time aside for it :P

I MADE THAT POFFIN! :D

What are you talking about the links in the banner?

On-Topic: What is CSS coding?

CSS coding is codes people use in their signatures, like changing the background colour, adding a border, or making a side scroll or anything else that's custom to your signature, if you have the right codes for it.

hmm... no...
Poffins are like pancakes =]
or stews =]=]

and a question about CSS... Can normal Members also use CSS in their Siggy?

Pretty much anyone can, you just have to know how to do the coding and it's pretty hard to do, unless you're good with technical stuff like that.

No, it's the CSS coding that Jake has.

He's used CSS coding to make his signature the way it is, it isn't a banner.
oh...now i get it.....*searches net for css codes..*lol

>.< i dnt really know about CSS xD
all i can do is use BB code xD
i want to have my siggy as background with the text on top of it :(

Maybe you can ask someone to make the code for you?

Lol... CSS is really hard -.-
especially in a forum that only allows BB code...
so i dont even know where people are implementing CSS into their Siggy from >.<

Eh.. It doesn't say that this forum only allows BB codes..

Hence why people use CSS in their signatures.. o.o

Techically, CSS codes are like BB codes, just way more advanced.

I was just getting a bit sick of it, I dunno. :[ My new one will definitely have the poffin back. ^w^
Plus the image exceeded the image limitations by a hell of a lot :P And awesome :D
Pokeblocks are better than poffins.

Look more like food and are just overall a better idea.
You're lucky I didn't give you a warning for that comment. One more statement from you like that and you'll be dealt with severely.

;P

I admit that it may be a bit daunting to pick up something like that for the first time, but it really is quite easy and simple once you get the hang of it.

It kinda does in the posting rules at the bottom of each page. The two tags Audy just showed us just allow users to implement CSS, that's all. Up until a while ago, no one could use CSS.

They're actually pretty different o_o BB code is simple and restricting, and only used on forums really, while CSS is relatively complex and allows for much more freedom, and hence can be customised more.
