Haha nice... I don't like any of my teachers now. They're all old and gaggy. Seriously. A good school should have a nice mix of young and old teachers. Or else they could easily fall into the same tracks over and over again... like with my teachers. The need some fresh winds, I say.

...but, he had strange ways of disciplining us. He had a hammer, and when we got too loud, he'd bang it on a wooden table, making an extremely loud noise that scared the crap out of all of us. And, according to him, every time you're startled like that in a way that disturbs your heartbeat, it takes approximately one second off your life. He said that if we were going to waste his time in class, he'd just take time off our lives. D:
You know, I think I had a teacher kind of like that...well, minus the bit about taking time off students' lives, but I'm sure I had a teacher at one point that had something he banged on his desk. XD;; I don't remember if it was my seventh grade homeroom/social studies teacher, or my high school art teacher...but maybe it doesn't matter, both were weird in their own way.

I would definitely have to disagree about all teachers being boring. I've had a few college instructors that were just awesome in the way they taught things...and my old high school french/latin teacher is still one of my favorite teachers ever. Apparently she's been around the world in various places, and whenever things were slow at times she'd regale us with some random story about her childhood. Man, did I ever love having her as a teacher, she was so interesting.

Mmm, almost anyone of my teachers are borings... But myh math prof is really fun, sometimes...
His jokes can be really stupids also T_T

All my teachers have been great. I can't imagine having a teacher as mental or as racist as the ones described already in this thread.

Well I think my teachers were fine. I just did my work and didn't complain, so they were nice to me. It wasn't boring because I knew the day was ahead of me for fun and such (work before play you know). Now that im in online school, I have teachers yes, I don't have to speak to them, just do my work and move on. Pretty Simple. ;D Though I must say I never had any strange teachers as mentioned with the rape thing and all.

I'm Black so I hate Racist Teachers, we used to have one In our school and I got him fired :D. All the rest of our teachers are nice to me because I do all my work and answer questions In class.

I have this incredibly insane Religion teacher this year. She'd always give us seat work and tell us it was a "test" so if we talked, we'd get zero. We hardly have tests in that class anyway.

She was very strange indeed. She once kicked a girl out because the girl was smiling, and then she told that same girl that she could never smile again in her classroom. Crazy Religion Teacher also kicked another girl out because the girl was correcting Crazy Religion Teacher. CRT got the girl's name wrong, the girl corrected her, and CRT kicked her out.

The classes are a lot of fun, though. We never know what she's going to do next, and just being in that class makes me laugh. XD;

My teachers are to into having their students like them. They're supposed to teach, not be liked >.>

That was like my Grade Six teacher. She would always try and get us to compliment her on what she wore, her hair, etc., but she would hardly focus on teaching us. I guess she couldn't see the lesson plan behind her massive ego. >.>

The only problems I've had with teachers were:
- some were too old.. they would sometime fall asleep in class...
- Discrimination. Some students like to kiss up to teachers, unfortunately they tend to fall for that. I never kiss up to anybody, it's just not me =S

You had teachers who fell asleep in class? Holy crickey! x_x; Now that's... weird. :/
I had a supply teacher who wouldn't shut about Germany and the German language when we were learning French. We never learned anything from the curriculum that day. XD;

Oh rawr, I hate teachers that favor kids over others. I remember my Bio teacher would let some girl interrupt class just so she could talk about her epic shopping adventures. Which by the way, were not epic and no one wanted to hear about it. We wanted to study for our test ._.;

Although I did have on teacher back in 6th grade who everyone liked and she didn't even have to try XD.

Scarlet: Your french teacher talked about the German language? XD; That's a bit off-topic o_o You think she would just talk about french.

Scarlet, ya there was this one old guy and this middle-aged woman who would give us things to do and would fall asleep on their desk. Pretty funny XD

Arisa: Well, she was a supply, so it's not like this happened every day. Thank God. XD;

DC: That's so weird. Shouldn't they be, you know, retiring? XDD

Nah dude, I've definitely had weirder crap than that go on with teachers in middle school. My 6th grade science teacher was only in class about 70% of the time, and everyday she missed had to be spent with a substitute. She came to school high once, and was eventually fired for reasons no one is actually sure of ._.

OH! Then I had one teacher who was found with porn on his laptop..It wasn't in my class, but I had the same teacher..He was showing the class something on a projector from his laptop, and forgot to close his IE history, and um..yeah, I won't get into it any deeper than that on a pokemon forum where there are 12 year old kids lurking around <_<

Scarlet that brings me to my worst teacher.

My french teacher, She taught the ESL, and German, all of her other 6 classes weren't french and yet I get stuck with her and she is good at french dont get me wrong, but sometimes she just would go off track and speak french in german tones and such and going into my second year of french, here in florida my new french teacher was ''why are you saying it like your german?" and of course I got a bad rap from the beginning with that. Ultimately in me dropping french all together and now teaching myself.

I had some pretty bad teachers. One I hated but there's no use in explaining that because he was just a {female dog}. The other one would take off her shoe (elementary school) and throw it at kids. It was horrifying.

I'm lucky, I only had a BAD teacher in 5th grade. I almost don't remember him.
This year, I have one who is really bad teaching, but it's funny and nice, and one who simply doesn't explain anything, so we need to simply study the book @_@

But he always gives me a perfect in all the exams, so I can't complain XD;

I had a really bad 1st grade teacher, she had to control herself to not scream al out on me because she didn't understand ADHD. she just thought I was a problem child.
