Bleh, I remember those days. Juggling school and work :/
Weekends aren't as fun when you spend them recovering and catching up on homework, but they're also more valuable than once you get out of school haha.

Soon I'll have to do college and full time work o.o I fear for my life.

I'm glad I don't have to work and go to school at the same time...I did for a while last year until hockey started, and I barely had any time. I suppose I could get a job on campus, but honestly, I don't have the time with all my goddam schoolwork X(

Unfortunately new car> Groceries T_T

I wanna win the lottery before I starve, yarr.
I got my dad to take me to dinner tonight, he was all "ooh bonding!" and I was like "ooh free food!" XP

That deserves a sig spot. Well played my friend, well played.

I laughed. Hard.

Same, I have no time between sleeping, being lazy, and going to class to do my school work anyways, how am I suppose to handle a job on top of that? Although it might help me with my lack of motivation... or it might make me want to do less school work and fail out.

My parents never let me work while I was in high school and have strongly advised that I don't work during my actual school terms, just in between them. 8| I kind of assume with the hinting that they'll stop helping me pay for school if I do or something so... I don't. I have enough to worry about without burning myself out anyway, haha.

Yeah, my parents want me to concentrate on my studies as well, but said that I will definitely be getting a job over the summer. I actually sort of want one just because I barely had anything to do last summer...hopefully it won't be too time consuming =/

Crap....chem labs >.< *dashes to breakfast* ^___^

This is my last year in school, and then this autumn we'll see if I'll go to a university or if I'll wait a years or so with that. I'm currently supposed to be working my part-time job three evenings a week, on top of studies, on top of seeing friends, on top of keeping a healthy pace in life and spend time with family...

Nuh-uh. It didn't go well. I'm mostly only able to work two evenings a week, and still it's burning me out. I've recently been diagnosed with mononucleosis. Explains a lot of my tiredness and illness lately... and I have to tell my boss now I'm not able to come work at all for a while... and not school either.

The lesson to be learned? Don't push yourself too hard. At all. Keep a healthy pace in life... really.

It gets boring if you don't have a job or school or something to do during the day. :[ I was recently home for 2-3 weeks straight because of health issues and by the end I was just so frustrated from boredom. XD I need at least something productive to do most days.

edit--
@The Fable: Man, that sucks. :( But I can definitely relate for the whole burning out thing. I did that in my last school term and I didn't even have a job on top of school or anything. @_@ Health definitely comes first.

Video games are highly productive.

I'm putting this strike to good use. Catching up on my backlog ^_^

I told you to play Katamari. That would've been awesome.

Being on painkillers can make them all the more challenging or something. I don't know. :x
I'm sure you've already seen my playing Katamari that way anyway. :[ It's usually not much different.

And it does make them a hell of a lot more challenging. <_< I went back and played a few Little Big Planet levels last week and was amazed at how easy they were when they'd taken me like 20 tries before, lmao.

Okay, your on a island and a you find a lamp, a genie comes out of the lamp, he offers you three wishes, what will they be?

1. I would wish to have all of Satan's and Gods power,
2. The richest woman in the world,
3. For the genie to die so no one could wish away my power.

Ok now you:D

And you may not wish for more wishes,

I know exactly what you mean. I've been out of school for a week now and it's not fun. Being out of school is completely overrated. It's alright the first day. Maybe even the second. After that, I just get really bored and (as you said) need to do something productive.

Oh, and Angela, I'd reach for a speedboat so I can get off the island and return to civilisation.

Ok, you still have two wishes left:D

XD I don't know about the wishes, but when it comes to staying active when your sick or bedridden and what not, I can relate that it's tough.

Actually, forget about being sick, now that I commute to school and have a part-time job, it's really all I do besides being lazy. I really hate that most of my friends are away and I'm not >_> even if I can't be with them, I'd like to be with some company. All I have is family and 1-4 kinda-my-friend people, which isn't much when you're really frustrated or you really need something fun to do besides video games. Not to mention, in August I told myself 'I'll go to the YMCA all the time and do a 4-mile!" but I totally haven't done that since early September. Bleh. [/rant]

Aye, but I wouldn't use them. As soon as I hit civilisation, I'd go back to wherever I live and continue life as normal. Money and power doesn't interest me as it interests you. I do not look upon such things as gifts. Moreso, burdens.

Wish #1: Eliminate World Hunger
Wish #2: Destroy all of the world's nuclear weapons and make it impossible to recreate them. =D
Wish #3: To live forever! :D
That's a good one, but still, I would not want to out live everyone I know.
