I post around FF&W, B/W, PG, PGC, JE and here mostly, though I make sure to post in most other forums too. I tend to kinda ignore Emulation/Game Dev and the Pokemon TCG forums, because I don't do any of that stuff, but I like to drop into Video Gaming and Culture and Media sometimes too.

I hang out all over the place. It can be Emulation, BW, OC, OT, VG, I go everywhere practically. xD

I do the same, and really have always done that.

It might not be typical of all staff members, but I just find it fun. xD;

Not gonna stop posting around as much just because I'm not a regular member..

I go around everywhere, posting wherever interests me the most.

Although lately, I've been gravitating toward fanfiction again. Old habits die hard. X_X

Here, ROM Hacking, Video Games and Tabletop Games when there's activity.

yeah.

I post wherever I feel like posting, really, but these days I really need motivation to actually post. :/

Still all over the news though unfortunately.

Its a shame that so much time & money has been wasted because of one wedding between two people who, in my opinion, are as insignificant as everyone else that gets married.

Well, I don't think they're insignificant people at all. They're some of this country's leaders; that's hardly insignificant. However I agree that a simply unnecessary amount of time and money was wasted on pair of people who really had no need to be any more extravagant than the next,

I realise they are significant but I think they shouldn't be.

We should only have political leaders.

My forefathers died face down in the mud so I didn't have to care about the Royal Wedding. D:<

They aren't leaders, they're really just symbolism to their past or something. But they don't have any power.

I'm not from the UK either. I learned this stuff in social studies.

People keep bringing up the money element, which is significant to a certain degree but has taken on a life of its own for some reason. Yes, the wedding was extravagant and expensive... but I can guarantee that it probably didn't make as much of a loss as people think, and may have even turned a profit. Most of the funds were paid by the Royal Family as well as the Middletons - sunk costs, essentially - and any 'lost' money would easily be made up by the massive tourism hike that London experienced in the days leading up to (and a few after) the wedding.

The whole tourism element is the main reason why I'm not that bothered about getting rid of the monarchy. Like it or not, people come from all over the world to see Buckingham Palace. If the royals go, Britain loses one of its largest tourist attractions and all of the moolah that comes with it.

That does make more sense now. So many people coming to see a palace. I guess I don't see it so weird now.

Why is my mom watching a documentary on the Royal family?

I was made to sit through an hour of the boring stuff (ie watching people arrive, listening to random people in the crowd being interviewed etc) and it was pernicious. I left in disgust and sat in front of my computer watching the basketball live scoring. :/

I mean, it's not like we're watching the wedding to see who wins or anything, right? It's not a sports game; we know what the end result is going to be.
