They may be 'used' to it, causing it to do nothing, but on the flipside, not taking it would do something. Caffeine is a drug like any other, except in its case it happens to be legal. Without coffee, I'd bet some 'addicts' wouldn't be able to get up in the morning. XD
 
I usually have decaffeinated coffee when I'm in the mood for it, otherwise I just don't really like caffeine much.

If anything, I was brought up with water alone as a child and I only really drink that on a regular basis.
 
I really need to stick with chinese tea and water to have a healthier diet... but I like cold drinks too much, and the most easily accessible cold drink has always been pop and not cold water =( then I drank too much pop out of habit as a child.

Decaffeinated coffee taste so bad DX To me, all the drinks that are like "it's pop, aka sugar drink, without sugar!" just taste terrible to me... you know, like the whole point of coffee is kinda caffeine and taking that essential thing away kinda doesn't make it 'coffee' anymore... (same applies to stuff like coke zero and blahblah)
 
No matter how much soda I drink, the caffeine never has an effect. I'm just immune somehow. I'd probably have to drink multiple Red Bulls before I feel any difference at all, and extra-caffeinated drinks are just too expensive and disgusting to do that sort of thing with anyway.

Also, I'm probably the only person in the world to think this, but I prefer the taste of aspartame to regular sugar in most sodas. There are exceptions like Mountain Dew that I can only drink sugared, but non-diet Pepsi and Coke just taste really sour to me now after drinking diet for years. Anything that uses Splenda instead of aspartame is horribly disgusting, though. The aftertaste is like a mix of ammonia and cotton candy.
 
If I have to drink coffee, it will be coconut mocha frappuccino from Starbucks.

I can't drink coffee, even if I want to. :( It actually sets off my gag reflex, lmao. It sucks because ice caps are really good except for that underlying coffee aftertaste and it means I can never have more than a sip of one. I keep trying coffee in different ways hoping that I'll one day learn to like it because I'd love to be able to ingest caffeine that way but alas... nope.

I am slowly gaining a liking for tea, though. I think. I hope. xD;
 
I've never been able to handle tea except for when it's iced and completely obliterated by lemon. The kinds of tea that I'm most acquainted with just taste like watered-down, slightly-tangy coffee. I don't dislike coffee when it's flavored heavily enough, but I find hot drinks in general to be the opposite of refreshing so I really don't drink anything that I can't get out of a refrigerator.

This man speaks the truth.

If Iced Tea is easily accessible then I'll drink it all day. Actually I did on this stay in HK XD I can actually taste the tea part of Iced Tea though so it's not like i'm relying on lemon to destroy the tea aspect of it. Good Iced Tea definitely relies on good red tea to pull it off.

Cold drinks all the way though. For some reason, ice cappuccino is superior to a hot cappuccino by miles~ the taste is like, totally different.
 
There used to be some kind of great lemon iced tea in a can years ago called Nestea Cool. It had an awesome ad campaign with an evil snowman and I drank it all the time, but I haven't seen it on the shelves in years. I've tried Lipton Brisk canned ice tea, but it just wasn't the same to me.

I can actually eat coffee ice cream on a good day if I'm really feeling it. Iced coffee is a million times better than hot coffee.

The canned ice tea are all pretty terrible out in the market at the moment... real iced tea requires real red tea with some sugar and lemon <3 I really can't tell the various types of Nestea to be honest to distinguish it from 'Cool' and 'Normal' so dunno ._.;

WATER LOVERS!!! Seriously I didn't expect anyone here to choose their drink of choice to be water. I was just like Yeah, I'll be the only one who prefers water over other drinks here. So it was much to my pleasant surprise when not one, but two other people share my preference in drinks. I spam water like no tomorrow! I sometimes have a glass of fruit juice as well but otherwise it's water all day everyday! I have a weak heart so I do my best to maintain an extremely healthy lifestyle in a desperate attempt to prolong the life span this body has.
 
I can't stand just water, although it's more or less all I drink out of lack of choice. Odd as it sounds because it has no real taste, I don't like the taste.

Not all that surprising, water tastes great if you really think about it. Often times I prefer it over soda drinks myself. With Ice.
