So your saying if a mod gets pounded by users that s-mods and admins are not suppose to help her, I was way off.

No, Angela, there's going to be an absolute onslaught of noobs and stupid threads; every day. I remember I was talking to Wako and Derrick a while ago, and they told me they got 25 - 50 reports daily when they modded the D/P boards. Maybe to you, it sounds fun to be policing a board (not a forum, a single board) 24/7, but eventually it gets pretty daunting.

Some days its almost like going to work, but your not getting paid for it.

That sounds like heaven comparing to the staff spot I have, it's quiet, I would love to get half of those reports on there.

But the high staff is suppose to help, why is no one agreeing with me, poor CME not getting help from her bosses!

2. But aren't exited meeting new people, you come off so closed minded when talking about all the new members.
 
I didn't leave, they perma banned me, but that's not the point.

I'm not close-minded about new members. When I see them I'm indifferent, and what they do in my boards changes my opinion.
 
I try to help if it seems like the forum needs it (whether it's because someone asks for help or if the forum's getting spammed and no one else is on to take care of it).

But other than that, I let the mods do the work. :[ It's actually rather annoying to try to do your job but yet have people continually swooping in to take your work before you can do it, so I try to avoid doing that to others as much as possible.

Because, you know, the D/P boards have a history of attracting unbelievably stupid posters? Sure, there's one or two good posters who join the board every now and again, but for the most part, there's a lot of noobs going around. Especially when there's an event or a new game coming out. It'd be sort of ludicrous to look forward to meeting new people when you know all most of them are going to do for you is cause stress and hard work.

At least, I think that's what CME's view is.

How come, your always nice to me, you never spammed, I'm just surprised, I really never got why they banned you, seeing there still using your banners I just thought you walked away.

But I feel like your judging them before they join, it's like your saying if the go to the art section their aok, if they enter your section they are labeled noobs, why cant you just hope that you get some decent people in there.

Are you guys prepared though for the US release of Platinum. As I've read this it seems so but I wonder if you guys have some sort of ritual. XD

It sucks though that I can't find anyone at my school who can get the Regigigas Event PM for me. I live too far away and the guy I was planning to get it for me GOT IT ON THE SAME DAY THE EVENT STARED. O_O So it's a loss. I really want that Regigigas since I already pre-ordered Platinum and there's that Regi side-quest in Platinum. =/

Why are you dragging the art section into this? loooool. I don't judge everyone, only the people that make stupid threads. People that make good threads are thanked silently by myself for not being a stupid noob.

"Stupid n00b" is redundant, you know XD "Stupid newbie" isn't, I guess XD

You Mod what is probably one of the most challenging forums on here, and you still have found the time every so often to make graphics for other users. Makes you pwnsome, it does. CME for S-Mod! =D

I'm not attacking you, I'm simply trying to change your point off view, I feel like your just expecting noobs to join your section, I've been looking forward for those members because everything will get active in there again, I love that section, I adore you as the mod off it, but your coming off a bit rude and negative, I still consider you my friend, but I can't help but to wonder if you only see me as a noob from your section.
I'm just mentioning the art section for an example, I could have said the chat section or the writing section.

My post was in no way directed towards you. I didn't even know you were active there when you joined; I didn't know you existed until you stumbled into the Other Chat board earlier this year.
 
Emulation has more pwnsome Mods though, thankfully XD But yeah.

And of course there are the forums that have so many pwnsome members they don't need a Mod. Like Other Roleplay. But who knows?
 
It's pretty weird when your posts goes to the bottom of the thread and into obscurity no? ^_^

Noobs hacking the forum? Why would anyone wast their time doing that? What's the benefit, there's already an infinite amount of things to do on the web...why waste time? It's not as if the hacker will get paid or restitution. =/

But yes...People should learn that just because one is semi-anonymous in the net, doesn't mean you should be disrespectful. =P
