And DG, I suggest taking the SAT this year and the ACT next year so that you don't need to worry too much cramming for both exams. I did that when I was in high school. XD
Wow thanks, guys! ^^;My answer to that is a definite freaking Yes. Let me explain why:
For ACT, there's no failing it, because you can't. It's all about the score you want to get into the college(s) that you need/want to attend after high school. So whatever their standards are for ACT, you shoot for that point!
SATs are only slightly different, but same concept, basically. The only trick is that a higher SAT score = more benefits; colleges look up to those with high SAT scores; and especially the fact that the higher your SAT score is, the more scholarships you'll be able to qualify for. So yeah. ^^

I'm really thankful to hear the bit about SATs being more important; I reviewed them both and the SATs seemed waywayway easier for me. :3
I think I'll take Bay's advice and do ACTs next year; Speech class this year might give me the creativity and subjectivity I so clearly lack. xD
