The Daily Chit-Chat [Summer or Winter Edition]

When I was working in the UK last summer our studio was like 2 minutes from the water. We would have lunch there on the beach pebbled every day. Best way to spend an internship <3

Ah, I'm happy it's spring. Winter is my favorite season, but it never really got cold this winter so i guess it's been a bit like autumn for six months. But, it's nice to have the ~beautiful scenery~ that comes with spring and not the drab, harsh background of winter.

Wahoo! First rain in two months! That should do it for now. Temperature dropped by 7 points.

I'm also happy it's spring, but we have also been having lovely weather so far! Normally Melbourne is completely random, but we've had a fairly consistent run so far! :D

I never understood the idea of knocking on wood. I know it's supposed to bring luck (well, I think it does?), but it seems so silly, lol. Then again, I religiously step over cracks when walking so I can't talk.

It's meant to get rid of like jinxes if you say something that if reversed is bad.
But yeah, I don't actually do it, just had that song stuck in my head.

I think whenever says something like, now you're going to have bad luck or something whenever I seemingly break a code of superstition, I always like doubt myself... xP

BTW, isn't this an OVP topic? I could have sworn answering a similar question maybe a week or two ago.

I've seen superstition be in and out of OVP quite a few times, I wasn't really paying much attention sort of 1 - 2 weeks ago, but possibly...

I actually was; I used to believe in that old "step in a crack break your mother's back" thing, which one day, I actually accidently stepped upon a crack at the sidewalk, which then mother told me she threw her back out in the gym. D; I WAS WORRIED; but then, I was just like, ehhhh...I stepped on another, nothing happened. :3

Sometimes, I believe in that if you drop a knife at the floor from a table, you'd get company! (or a major coincidence~)
