Aiyh, I know the feeling. I need this one class I'm taking, but I know I'll have a hard time with the prof. Just look at these quotes I found:

Rate My Professor said:
"She. Is. Horrible!!!! She uses terms without ever defining them, we have no assigned textbook, and her course notes are USELESS! We had a section on complex numbers using euler's theorem: she never MENTIONED it!"

"ok i cant even begin to express how enormously TERRIBLE this woman is. i have never met a more useless teacher in my life. if you have her, forget even aspiring to do well, this woman lives to see students suffer. shes not even a nice person on top of that, a very bitter and rude individual...pitiful."

Oh, this'll be a fun class. And no, I'm not just taking in propaganda, as I've had her once before myself. And I couldn't have said it better than those guys. >_<
 
I once went to a private school... I kinda miss it, yet, at the same time I don't...
My older friend told me that school doesn't have a good diploma.. (wich is why she left, so she can get a better one)

Meh.
 
I went through the US public school system. IMO, not horrible, but nothing to write home about either.

The professors I had in undergraduate college ranged from some of the best teachers I've had to some of the worst.

In my current graduate school program, the quality has fallen off considerably.
 
Do you think bias is a bit of the problem?

I remember my Sociology professor telling us a story, of him, having to grade another teacher (for whatever reason), and that other teacher was talking about how stupid divorce was... Needless to say, that teacher didn't last long.

It is a fact that people will be offended in Sociology classes, but in a general sense... nothing of the bias sense.
 
Ive went to a private school all my life, from JK to grade 8, in the same damn chool. Now I am in a public highschool :3

This year we were let out a week later as well. =/
 
I'm going to a new school starting on the 28th of January.

Don't care that statement isn't for me. :P

As for schools, let's just say I'm glad I'm out of my high school. XD; However, why oh why my university's tuition has to increase? >.> Gawds. California has to work better on its budget! @_@

I know why ours is increasing... our school now wants a football team, so guess who has to pay for it? Yeah, not happy about that :/
