Peter De Seve thought up that concept long long before Tim Burton did though.. (Think Fantasia.. Hippos in Tutus, Alligators in Capes, Swans in ballet outfits..) but I agree that it's a cool concept~

Have only read the book adaptation of it, but I really do want to see the movie. Though reading the book first left me with a totally different picture of what Alice should look like than the lady who was cast. D:
