30 degrees feels awesome to me because I'm used to the cold. For those that prefer the heat, its bad news to them.

And in actuality, we haven't been hit by a hurricane in ages.

PLEASE.
But that just ruins the stereotyping :(
Now all I have for stereotypes are the heavily accented Philadelphians and the douchebag surfer Hawaiians D;

And hot weather= ♥
After being struck by below 0 temperatures this winter, I'm ready for the summer to come so I can stick to my computer seat in my boxers.

I raided in a high-ranked WoW guild for a few months and I'm starting to get into competitive battling with Pokémon. I dunno, just sort of sitting back and being a collector or "casual" isn't quite for me. Being super into it isn't for me either for scheduling reasons, so I try to find a happy medium.

I'm trying to do that with Demon's Souls, but the game is frustratingly hard even with blue phantoms to help you. :/
Lol, the only game I actually play online is Halo 3, although I want to play Killzone 2 online after I get better.

This stranger speaks the truth.

Thankfully, no one really cares what game you play at my school, as long as it isn't something like barbie games. Pokemon is pretty popular among my school and no one will mess with you if you bring your DS to school with your HG in it. That's pretty nice, because everyone thought they were mature in middle school and thought Grand Theft Auto was the absolute coolest thing ever.

Our school is past the games and gone onto the texting D:

That's basically how most of my school is. :[
I feel so left out cause I'm one of the few people that don't have a cell phone D:

It's quite alright. I'm part of the group that have nice expensive phones D:

DDDDDDDD:

I plan on getting something like a Nexus One if I ever get around to getting a cell phone.
I'd get the iPhone, but I never really liked Apple. The Droid Incredible seemed like a good deal, but I found out that it was a Verizon object, which kinda ruined it for me. Here's hoping that this year will make some good phones though, right?

I talk to a friend of mine from high school about EV training all the time. He brings his manly pink DS into school with him (whenever he shows up) and is like "Oh yeah check out my Salamence its stats are sick!" then we spend our 8 hour class making terrible Pokémon puns and embarassing ourselves.
There's also one guy who I catch playing (original) Gold on an emulator on his laptop every once in a while. I don't know his name but I yell useless tips at him when he's, say, fighting Lt. Surge and his lead Pokémon is Typhlosion.

Also, definitely just got a legit Japanese Ditto on the GTS. Exciiiiited >_>

there are phone groups at school? wut. you people defining friends by phones pfft.

simmone is using up my credit atm though [/relative]

we have a emo group where we they talk about killing each other and stuff.

Weirdly my friend joined even though he is very enthusiastic. :O

Being emo doesn't mean you want to kill yourself, it's simply a state of mind. There's a world of difference between emo and suicidal. Also, a lot of emo people are "enthusiastic." o.o

If only high school was like that :P

I laugh at your misfortune.

My best friend is an avid competitive battler, and I know a heckload of others who also do so. It's funny though; I always think that when someone butts into a Pokémon conversation I'm holding with a friend that they're messing around. When they say something really pro, I just go "oh crap i look like an idiot".

But yeah, some of the benefits of going to a nerd school where 95% of the population is Asian, and even some of the "gangstas" play Pokémon.
