See the wild Johnny in his natural state...

Um anyway, NOW WHAT?

Abstaining and see if the event/night brings us anything new

He didn't want to get lynched lul.

Anyway, that was a good play. Got some discussion going, which is always the problem on day 1.

(At least I hope you weren't being serious when you said abstain is better Johnny)

I'm sure I've seen this question before...

lol gg Johnny xD

[Abstain]

time to go back and read thread from start ¶:

That should've tipped you off and in any case, unusual behavior does not equal mafia.

@Decidueye: now we abstain, unless we want to lynch jdthebud. Although, if he flips inno that won't give us much to go on. In the meantime, the cop shoud investigate those who barely said anything, e.g Aaron, Paranoia, Gunner, etc.
Unusual behavior doesn't equal mafia? Maybe not in this case but that's usually what we look for isn't it? I'm not sorry I voted you, it was scummy behavior.

[Abstain]

Note: you're wrong, it was not scummy behavior, the fact that I'm a confirmed innocent should tell you that. It is just that you think it was scummy, or that you want to portray it as such.

I don't really care or not what your behavior actually was

But lmao that is such erroneous thinking. Innocents act scummy af all the damn time, so you being confirmed innocent after the fact means absolutely nothing about how you chose to behave beforehand and whether or not it was "scummy."

Read: Mana in Mafia Mafia

And other such examples lol

Whilst I think Johnny's behaviour was a little scummy, I think those jumping on his lynch freely (and very quickly) are more suspect in this case. His vote for Klippy was outweighed by however-many [abstain]s already so it meant basically nothing.

Isn't it a shame when people can't admit their mistakes and the salt lingers onto the next game? Hm.

Baiting people by acting "scummy" is a legitimate strategy, it has been done many times and it's usually those who do not care that much of the outcome that fall in such baits, i.e TheCapsFan and jdthebud. Saying that it's outright scummy is in itself, scummy behavior. That's what I meant by discerning intention, which you seem to be lacking.

Your example of Mana is just you not being able to admit and making the same mistake again. In that example, it was only you who couldn't really tell Mana's alignment, so you're wrong here as well.

Nice contradiction. Baiting someone by acting scummy is still acting scummy, so your point against jd is completely moot by your own words.

And I never said anything about your behavior in this game even once, but it's not surprising you'd try to throw something like that at me lmao.

Also, whether or not others voted "correctly" in that example is irrelevant; scummy behavior is scummy behavior, even if people believe someone else acted moreso. So, nope, my point stands.

Isn't it a shame when people can't admit their mistakes and the salt lingers onto the next game? Hm.

And, Pete, dear, it's not salt. I'm perfectly fine with the outcome of that game, because I'm perfectly fine with the decision I made based on how you and others were acting. But it's a prime and incredibly recent example to be used, and so I did. So get over yourself, please.

No fucking duh.

But jd seeing your behavior as scummy and basing a d1 vote off of it is perfectly valid. Believe it or not, not everyone can always tell why someone else is acting like an idiot. Unusual behavior is what you look for to determine mafia. That is literally the point of the game. So jd was correct in this instance. The "why" comes after, and that's exactly what it did in this situation.

Lol 'kay.

You make a lot of cute assumptions.

Obviously trying to teach you never works, but that wasn't an ad hominem. It was a factual statement, pure and simple.

What are your reads, fam? Share some thoughts with the group

I think it's good that no one's died on Night 0 and we can afford not to Lynch for tonight. No one strikes me as suspicious enough to vote out, and I'd avoid any bandwagoning on this first day.

rip Naku, we hardly knew ye
