Sinnoh's definitely down for an IC event! We just had our first OOC event and badge this route, so an IC event would be great to spice things up. We do need to think of a premise though - why not the battle frontier? It's meant to be accessible to all regions, so it would be a great place for all meta players to meet!

Darn right we are! Unova on the other hand might need a little convincing lol

The Battle Frontier would definitely be a great place to meet! It'd be fun to have all the trainers come together striving for the same goal of battling the Brains.

So Battle Frontier event? Sounds really fun! Would only people with 2+ pokémon be able to join in, or all?

Hmmm, good question, first answer that comes to mind is those with 2+ only since they have shown they've been participating by actually catching another Pokemon but if there is someone who really wants to but only has 1, I wouldn't be opposed to letting them participate.

since i'd feel bad letting the route go without a warning shot:

24 hours until Kanto's moving on! get those Route 8 mons while you can!
 

a new area for Kanto is up! there's a lot of mons to catch this time, woah... but you'll need them to face the challenge to come. better get some right away because an exclusive Kanto event will shake things up in just a few days!
