Well I am currently in Virbank. I'm enjoying my time here though the air smells a bit cloggy, probably all the factories here. It doesn't matter much. I was trying to level up Venepede by using the ol' switcheroo technique so Oshawott evolved into Dewott, I've just boxed her though, forever ( or at least until I need a surf slave ), I picked up a Koffing in Virbank Complex but I am genuinely considering ditching him because he is taking forever to level up, like seriously, everything kills him it's pretty annoying, I'm about to challenge the Poison Gym.

8th Update, Fire Challenge, Black 2:
-ran Team Plasma out of Opelucid City
-Went through the Marine Tube to get to Humilau City
-got Marlon to get his ass outta the water an into the Gym
-went back and explored a few Surf-only areas as well as Seaside Cave
-Became the leader of a gang. No, really, I did. There's this gang that hangs out in Castelia City in a Surf accessible area, and they make you their leader after beating them.
Ya know, I'd have quite the resume in Unova: Pokémon Master, actress, gang boss....
-Took on the Gym. Despite being the Water gym, it wasn't too bad. Chandelure+Energy Ball+being just a bit faster than most of the pokes=win. So I don't have to worry about that anymore.
-Went to Route 22 and got the Colress MCHN (that is such a creative name Colress).


I find it funny how when Marlon asked if I think Team Plasma is evil and I said no, no one seemed to care. Guys, that should've tipped you off that I'm really a Team Plasma operative and are going to shank you when I get the chance.

Defeated the Johto Elite Four this afternoon and curenly at the Cerulean City gym.

My Team after defeating the Elite Four:

Water Ultimate Challenge Day 2
Pokemon Gold Adventure Part 2: Final!

Today was a monumental day for the team and I! First we had a rough training session as we plowed our way through victory road. We trained in the cave for about a half an hour before we set off to crush the Elite Four. The guys easily demolished All 5 trainers as we dashed through their Pokemon at a record pace. The stats for after we defeated Lance are above. The only hard battle was the champion battle with Lance, because the dragonite knew thunderbolt. However, I had taught dragon (my red gyarados) icy wind prior to the battle so that he swept the team for the most part. Despite the large level differences of all my Pokemon, everyone performed exceptionally well. After the victory, Professor Elm and Mom congratulated us, which was the best part! No sign of what happened to Drew though. Although he was my rival, I hope he's doing alright. I know that he'll accomplish bigger and better things in the future.

We were happy with the Champion win in Johto, but our job was far from over. Next we had to conquer the Kanto region! Quickly, we battled all of the gym leaders and crushed their teams. On our adventure through Kanto we went excavating with the diglett in Diglett Cave, helped return a missing power plant piece and just escaped the body slam of an angry snorlax. To top it all of we went to visit Red on Mt. Silver. The Mountain was beautiful! I loved the golden tint we witnessed as we were preparing to battle Red. My team was solid, but I wasn't sure if we were ready. We spent over two hours training in Mt. Silver. We faced countless Onyx, Graveler and Ursaring during this vigorous training. After the two hours were up, we were prepared to verse Red! The battle was tough, but each Pokemon did a great job. Crocodile (Feraligtr) took out Pikachu and Snorlax, steve (Mantine) defeated Venusaur and Espeon, dragon (Gyarados) took out Blastoise and donut (Tentacruel) defeated Charizard. Overall, it was a knock out victory! The journey for Pokemon Gold officially ended at 11:12 PM EST.

I finally beat Roxie after one try, Poison vs Poison isn't that fun, though she did keep trying to poison me to no avail. I just used Rollout on my 'pede to get to victory. After defeating Team Plasma for I know will not be the last time I hopped a Ferry to Castelia, I went to challenge Burgh but he was busy so I'm rummaging around in the freaking smelly as hell Sewers with Hugh and my team. It's a good place for Poison pokemon though and I've picked up two new team members :)

The Teamskis: I'm not doing the moves and levels every time because it takes too long.

Well, I started my Fairy challenge, so I figured I'd update with my progress. ^.^

Spoiler:

-Started with Chespin, and continued through to Santalune.
-Caught Azurill and boxed Chespin.
-Began training Azurill, and blacked out against a wild Farfetch'd and Litleo.
-Blacked out against Lass Elin -- it's complete crap that she has a level 6 Marill, and I'm stuck with an Azurill. >.<;;;
-After reaching level 12, I (stupidly) decided to try to take on the gym. I actually did pretty well against the first two trainers, but I lost due to poison damage from Lass Charlotte's Kakuna. WHY would they give a trainer a Poison move if you're not able to buy Antidotes yet???
-Still being stupid, I challenged the gym a second time. I got past Lass Charlotte this time, but she poisoned me again. I still didn't have any Antidotes, and since there's no way to exit the gym without either losing or beating Viola, I had no choice to challenge her with a poisoned Azurill. It went about as well as expected.
-I backtracked and battled some more trainers before challenging the gym again. (Why I didn't do that in the first place, I will never know.) I managed to get Viola's Vivillion down to one hit point left, and then lost, with no money left and no more Potions. I'm not going to lie, it was so frustrating that it drove me to tears.
-I went back to Route 22 and began grinding Azurill nonstop until she hit level 20 and learned Slam. I challenged Viola for the third time, and swept her easily. :)

This is probably far ahead of time, but I figured I ought to address the changes that will come with Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire. It's still too early for there to be any spoilers so don't worry about that just now.

Probably the most important change this brings, is the addition of a new region with Fairies in it. With a fair number of fairies in the Hoenn Dex, it can be said now that Fairy Type will be viable for Ultimate Monotypes. It's only 2 games, sure, but 2 Pokemon is all it takes to qualify for a monotype, so 2 games should be reasonable for Ultimate.

Now, if Pokemon Amie and the Exp Share carry over, they will remain banned due to how they nerf the challenge significantly. Of we're lucky, they'll go back to the original Exp Share, but I wouldn't count on it.

Mega Evolution is still in question as of now, since the Starters alone have a higher BST than the Pseudo Legendary Pokemon, but at the same time it's an important part of X and Y. I will finalize my decision after playing the new games, as they will likely have Megas available in game that were only post game in X and Y.

Another update; a lot happened today. :)

-Caught Flabebe and began training her.
-After getting her to a high enough level, continued onto Lumiose City and battled Professor Sycamore.
-Battled Tierno on Route 5; Flabebe fainted during this battle due to having taken previous damage and I had no healing items left.
-I had to flee from the battle with the wild Snorlax -- it was just too strong for my Flabebe to fight, and I didn't want to have to use Azurill.
-Received Swirlix in a trade, and she evolved immediately into Slurpuff. She was the lowest leveled Pokemon I had, though, so I went back to Route 5 to train her.
-Flabebe evolved into Floette after the tag battle against Tierno and Trevor.
-Caught Mawile and went back to Route 8 to train him.
-Azurill evolved into Marill.
-Caught Snubbull, who was actually at the same level as the rest of my team; continued to train for Grant.
-Snubbull evolved into Granbull.
-Marill evolved into Azumarill.
-Finally trained everyone up to level 26 and took on Grant. His Amaura gave me some trouble, but other than that, the battle went pretty well.

Pokemon Sapphire Monotype Playthrough: Completion!

Day 2

Today was a great day for my team! As we left off yesterday, my team consisted of three Pokemon: Swampert (pomp), Wingull (sandy) and Lombre (grassbaby). We were a solid team, but we were no way as strong as my previous teams. We would win most matches, but a few we would just get our butts handed to us. So, we stepped things up and started training immensely! Along the way we caught a Chinchou (sparkplug_ which later evolved into a Lantun, then a Magikarp in Sootopolis City which wold later evolve into Gyarados (dragon2).

Throughout the day we explored abondoned ships, dove int othe depths of the ocean and even saved the region from Kyogre as we reached stardom by defeating the Pokemon League Champion, Steven! I started playing today at about 4 PM and completed my adventure at 12:39 AM. It was a great day, and had much fun playing through the game.

- found the researcher, picked a random fossil, didn't revive it, instead headed straight along the beach to cyllage town
- was given dowsing rods...and it rained..weather wasnt in my favour for the battles so we struggled slightly
- reached cyllage, healed up then went straight to route 10 to train
- caught Lance the bold Houndour ...somehow have an all male team
- Eevee's are feisty buggers...after several tries caught Castiel the Mild Eevee

UPDATE!

Well, a lot happened yesterday, so I wanted to update my post before continuing on. :)

Spoiler:

-Did the Mega Evolution battle with Korrina before continuing on.
-Battled Calem in front of Coumarine Gym.
-Began training up to Ramos's level.
-Floette evolved into Florges.
-Challenged Ramos. Mr. Mime had a lot of trouble against his Jumpluff, and she ended up fainting... However, Azumarill was able to handle his Pokemon with ease thanks to Bounce.
-Defeated Team Flare at the power plant.
-Trained everyone up to Clemont's level.
-I challenged Clemont's gym... But forgot to buy any healing items beforehand. Two of my Pokemon had fainted by the time I got to him, and one was at half health. To make a long story short, I lost very badly.
-Bought a whole bunch of healing items and challenged Clemont again. I lost several Pokemon during the battle, but I managed to win in the end.
-Battled Calem on Route 14 and continued through to Laverre.
-Trained everyone up to Valerie's level.
-Challenged Valerie. Her Mr. Mime gave me some trouble with its dual screens, but I managed to get through it with no casualties
