- finally got everyone to lvl 25 then headed towards the SS.Anne to find the Cut captain
- was challenged by Vince, but i defeated him
- was given Cut from the captain, and due to being the only one capable of learning it, taught it to Yang
- bought a tonne of paralyse heals before i attempted to take on the elctric gym

- LT Surge:
~ opted not to use Yang despite the fact i taught him dig, since he had reached lvl 30
~ yuki managed to take down both Voltorb and pikachu despite being paralysed and only needed one super potion for both of the battles
~ it helped that Yuki was lvl 28 while Voltorb was only 21 and pikachu 18
~ swapped Yuki out for Freya when Raichu was sent out, since Yuki was getting tired and Freya's sleep and paralyses powders would come in handy
~ started off with sleep powder but Lt.surge immediately countered with a full heal, not that it mattered, as after a confusion attack i simply put Raichu back to sleep
~ even after Raichu woke up and Lt.surge used a super potion my spamming of Confusion had left my opponant confused, helping to safely whittle away its hp until i won the battle and earnt the Thunderbadge

- was told by one of prof.oak's aides to head to route 2 to pick up a package
- travelled through diglett cave
- was given HM Flash by the aide on route 2. I forgot that Flash was a HM back in these games. Chose not to use it
- had to then walk all the way back to Cerulean to access rock tunnel
- found Aerial ace TM, Taught it to Rima
- After a good hour of being lost i finally emerged from Rock tunnel into route 10. It was good training though
- must have accidently canceled Shado's next evolution, or not. for some reason whenever it tries it cancels itself
- so apparently i need the national dex for my golbat to evolve, despite the fact its happy enough to try. Well thats a little bit stupid if you dont mind me saying.
- skipped through lavender town since i would need a silph scope to proceed anyway
- was given fly near Cerulean and taught it to Yuki
- decided i was going to take on the gym before i chased down team rocket thugs
- had absolutely no trouble with the grass gym and earnt my 4th badge
- Yang evolved after the battle with Erica, he was finally a fully fledged flying type
- overheard some guy yelling that team rocket had stolen a silph scope
- infiltrated the casino, time to get me a silph scope
- defeated Giovanni and got the Silph scope, though both Yuki and Rima were plagued by poison
- in desperate need for the pokecentre since i have no antidotes, i used an escape rope to get out of the base
- grave the grumpy guard some tea and was given access to saffron city,
- stopped off to train at the fighting dojo, Yuki evolved in Pidgeot after the first battle
- carried on back to lavender town
- was challenged by Vince inside pokemon tower, defeated him
- saved mr.fuji, got pokeflute
- removed snorlax.

Pokemon Black Water Monotype Final Update!
-------------------------------------------------------------
-After hitting Dragonspire, I headed to Opelucid,
-Leveled up my team before challenging Drayden. To be honest, that battle was a bit of a blur but my team pulled through admirably.
-After leveling up a little more and stocking up on max repels, I made my way through Victory Road. It's been a while since I traveled there, but I found the path easily and swatted all the annoying trainers I found.
-Healed at the Pokemon League and headed straight for the E4 after stocking up on healing supplies. This game really has too much money.....
-Nearly lost against Caitlin. It's insane how many of her pokemon know Electric attacks! Even Kero fell due to eating an Energy Ball. Got a few lucky hits in and scraped through. the rest were easy, with only 1 or 2 of my team fainting and needing reviving between battles.
-Quickly ran through the castle, healing where I could.
-Caught Rishram in the Masterball and stuffed it in the PC box.
-Took down Zekrom easy with a few Bulldozes by Kero and the rest of N's team fell easily too.
-Forgot about Ghetsis fight that happens after N's but that was swiftly dealt with too.

Final Update: After the Elite Four

Obtained my last badges, saved the world etc.
Added Sabine to my team.
Enter the Elite Four
Sidney was no trouble, Lotti's Competive ability gave her the boost to Dazzling Gleam her way through his Pokemon, including his Poison-Fang Sharpedo.

Phoebe was a little trickier, her Dusknoir punching through Sabine's Calm Mind boost. Lottie finished him with Shadow Ball.

Glacia was taken care of Klaus and his punches.

Drake brought four Pokemon down to red, finished off by Fritzi's Return.

Steven was of course the hardest, though his Cradily's Confuse Ray and Giga Drain were the surprise obstacle. However, Klaus used so many Power-Up Punches fighting it, it only took one Earthquake to knock out the Mega-Metagross.

And now, the long-awaited completion post to my Emerald Fire Monotype! As a rewward for waiting solong for me to get on this thing, I will pour some time into my Black 2 Challenge. Without further ado, let's begin.

Emerald, as I Iearned, is relatively difficult to Fire Monotype because there is a limited supply of Fire types and there are two Gyms and a Champion with Pokemon that Fire is weak to, never mind the Dragons and other Pokemon with moves that hurt Fire types easily.

I was able to defeat the Elite Four after resetting a hanful of times, specifically against Drake and Wallace. Blaziken and Camerupt were my MVPs of the run.
