You're discription is good, but lacking in detail. Only people who really know what sol senshi look like, it will be very hard to imagine the outfit. Like, you could say, "Her skirt is pink and is the same sol pleated style as all of the sol senshi" or her gloves go up to her elbows, and have the sol three rings in "color" and etc. It takes a while to get it completely, and it is very difficutl, but you're off to a very very good start. ^.^ (Better than I was when I first started. -__-

And, part of me wants to put in my two cents about mary-sues and re-colors, but I don't want to offend anyone...

Wendy Haploti, the "One-Eyed Witch", effectively the leader of the gang.
Beth Fletcher, the "Warmonger Witch", who has Ami's skill at chess and Rei's temper.
Linda Shields, the "Knight of the Night", and a specialist at defense.
Fen Florence, the "Blood-stained Witch", a master healer who uses her knowledge to kill as well as heal.
Maria Swann, the "Thundering Idol", who is... basically Thor's answer to Makoto.
Sunnie Raine, the "Witch of Light", counterpart of Michiru.

Outfit: After Hikaru transforms her hair turns white and her eyes pink, her skirt is pink with white tips and a white ribbon. Her gloves are white and she has a pink ribbon around her neck. Her boots are white and pink.
Attack: Suki Star Blast( Pink spheres come from her hand and she shoots them like fireballs) ), Hoshi Suki Wip ( She has a wipe and a staff, they switch back and forth according to her attacks. Her wip is white and when it strikes her opponent it hits them like a shock)
There are many more attack, i'll update later.

Hikaru likes animals and to eat. She's not super smart but not dumb either, she is a bit clueless and random. Hikaru wears mainly all different colors and skirts and dresses. Jeans she'll wear but not so much, she has not so much patience and is a very sensible person. If you try you'll make her mad. She's like Kagome and s bit of my imagination.
Oh, she also is open up to life and friends and a true love.

Okay, in my early days of my non-forum years, I have never made any Otaku Senshi, until early this year. Here they are. I am featuring them in my Sailor Moon fanfiction on my Fanfiction.net account.

Race: Magically created Sailor Warrior
Bio: When a young man name Gilbert wished he had a girlfriend, Princess Serenity used her Silver Crystal to transform a diamond into a sailor warrior for him. As soon as Sailor Lightning was awaken, she quickly fell in love with Gilbert. She learned everything about true love since then. She used some of her extra magic to make another crystal and gave birth to her daughter, Sailor Starshine a year later. However, she has no civilian form, therefore, she will live in her sailor warrior form. So she wears a long sleve coat for disquise. However, she can hide her tiara.

Attacks:

Thunder chain: She creates a chain made of electricity and wraps it around the enemies and crushes them.

Bolt Shock: She fires a lightning bolt at her enemies.

Blue Shockwave: Her body shoots out a small blast of electricity, paralyzing her enemies.

Lightning Shot: A more powerful blast of electricity shoots out from her hands or her tiara.

Weapons: Mostly her body.
Personality: She is kind, friendly and loving.
Appearance: She is the same shape of a 26 year old women. She wears the same suit the other Sailor Warriors wear. Her elbow fittings on her gloves are bright blue. So are her knee high boots, her bows, skirt, choker and collar. She wears a tiara with a blue gem in it. She also has a blue crystal in her bow on her chest, but before she was properly awaken, it was black. Her hair is the same as Nadeshiko Kinomoto (Cardcaptor Sakura), but it's dark red.

Solar Blaster: Her body generates sun energy and she fires a sun beam from her hands.

Ultravoilet Rage: Her body creates a purple wavy power surge, which she fires at her enemies and give them a nasty sunburn.

Supernova Shower: Creates Stardust that absorb the enemies and destroys them.

Star Laser: She fires a stream of star energy from her tiara or her fingers.

Personality: Friendly, kind, adorable, funny, but can be serious.

When Sarah was at school, one of her irritation sources was Mr. Hoover, her science teacher who loves giving assignments of his own imaginary world. When Emily became Sarah's friend, after she talked about the stupid things about Mr. Hoover, Sarah and Emily took a walk with the idiot science teacher trailing them from behind, resulting in getting whacked by a door and a old lady and having his car crushed by a bulldozer. Another of Sarah's and her friends irritations was the principal, Mr. Bates who wanted Sarah to join his locker club, which Sarah rejects. Then, Emily pointed out that Mr. Bates was a fat man. And Ever since Emily's parents said that Mr. Bates was a fat man out loud, people, including the students called Mr. Bates a fat man for a long time. Sarah was relieved then when Emily's new boyfriend, Justin first came to school. After Mr. Hoover and Mr. Bates made Justin mad, he banned them from his birthday party. Sarah was really happy for her friend. Even though Mr. Bates and Mr. Hoover sneaked into the party to have some fun, resulting in having them in full body cast. Then, when Sarah, Katie and Phoebe found out that Emily is a sailor warrior, Sarah suggest that they would become sailor warriors, too. Emily gave her a ruby that fused inside of her, transforming her into Sailor Ruby. Ever since then, Sarah had been fighting evil, mostly because when she was young, she used to dream where she would be protection a fantasy castle. A year later, when she became Sailor Ruby permanently (Due to a power surge accident), she and her friends brought the 4 inner sailor warriors back to life. She quickly became best friends with Sailor Mars. In the 30th century Crystal Tokyo, she protects the future city with her friends and later married a knight from Scotland.

Magma Comets: She fires red hot meteors from her hands. She also generates a lot of heat from her body.

Mega Flamethrower: She shoots a powerful flamethrower attack at her enemies from her hands.

Hyper Blast: Generating super hot air, she fires a stream of super heated steam at her enemies.

Volcanic Dragon: Her body flares up and creates a dragon of flames, allowing it to eat up her enemies (Similar to Dynasmon's Breath Of Wyvern attack).

Weapons: Mostly her body.
Special Ability: She can survive/and swim in hot boiling lava.

Personality: She is like a cool girl. She is mostly friendly and caring in most cases. Though she can get irritated easily. She mostly funny as well. And a hothead, too.
Appearance: She has long black hair that reaches down to her knees. She has two bow ties on her hair. She wears whatever clothes she wants. Her sailor warrior form is like the other sailor warriors. Her elbow fittings on her gloves are dark red. So are her knee high boots, her bows, skirt, choker and collar. She also wears a leg band on her left leg. She wears a tiara with a red gem in it. She also has a red crystal in her bow on her chest.

When Katie and her friends met Emily disguised as a human, she was more happy. Her only irritation is Mr. Bates, but she always avoid his dumb ideas. Then, when she, Sarah, and Phoebe found out that Emily is a sailor warrior, and Sarah suggest that she would become a sailor warrior, Katie decided to join in. Emily gave her a sapphire that fused inside of her, transforming her into Sailor Sapphire. Ever since then, Katie had been fighting evil, to help her friend out in dangerous situations. A year later, when she became Sailor Sapphire permanently (due to a power surge accident), she and her friends brought the 4 inner sailor warriors back to life. She quickly became best friends with Sailor Mercury. In the 30th century Crystal Tokyo, she protects the future city with her friends and later married a knight from Argentina.

Bio: Phoebe was a normal girl. And more of a paranoid geek, too. Sarah and Kaite first met Phoebe when she was at a library. Shortly afterwards, they became friends, and whenever Mr. Bates walks towards them, Phoebe would be the first to speak up, rarely. Sometimes, she would believe Mr. Bate's schemes of his own personal assignments. However, when Phoebe gets Sarah impatient, she would shout to knock some sense into her. But she still is good friends with her. When they met Emily, Phoebe became more clueless about their own personal activities. Until she and her friends found out about Emily being a sailor warrior. Phoebe suggested that she will become one to help her friends out. Emily used an emerald to transform her into Sailor Emerald, though she was completely paranoid after that. She even forgets her hero lines. And she keeps falling down stairs, tripping and falling down into open manholes. But she survives. A year later, when she became Sailor Emerald permanently, she and her friends brought the 4 inner sailor warriors back to life. She quickly became best friends with Sailor Jupiter, even though she's not good at combat. In the 30th century Crystal Tokyo, she protects the future city with her friends and later married a knight from Russia.

Magical Leaf Dance: Her body glows, giving off electrical energy, which forms into a leaf shaped energy sparks and she fires them at her enemies, slicing them to pieces.

Emerald Shards: She fires green energy disks from her hands in the form of emeralds whick explodes when they hit her enemies harshly.

Power Crush: Her body glows green, and then, vines with huge spikes rise up from the ground where the enemy is standing and crushes them to death. She can also summon them from trees. And she can make spikes pierce into the enemies's body. Or rip them to pieces.

Weapons: Mostly her body, but sometimes, the ground she's on or the trees.
Special Ability: She is able to camouflage herself into trees. Or she can materialize herself into the trees and come out from another tree.

Personality: She is friendly and lovable. But she tends to panics alot. And she is easily scared. Sometimes, she has no clue of what's she's doing.

Her sailor warrior form is like the other sailor warriors. Her elbow fittings on her gloves are green. So are her bows, skirt and collar. She wears green ankle length lace up boots. She wears a tiara with a green gem in it. She also has a green crystal in her bow on her chest. She keeps her glasses, though.

Age: Probably 15 at the end of StarS; the two series are hard to reconcile.
Inspired by: Himechan's Ribbon, episode 58; Sailor Moon Z by Jeff Hosmer and John Biles.

Realm of Influence: Time, Time, Time
Transformation: Pluto Power, Makeup!
Colors/Outift/Attacks: Same as Senior Pluto; however, the orb on top of her Staff of Time is Blue instead of Red (Aquamarine instead of Garnet)
Notes: Himeko also has a magic Transformation Ribbon that she can use for up to one hour to impersonate any real (in story, anyway), living person. Transforming into someone with powers causes the Ribbon's power to drain faster. If she does not return to normal in time, she's stuck that way until she dies. While she could use the Ribbon while as Junior Pluto, it is inadvisable as Time Magic screws with the Ribbon's timer.

Wait wait wait.... if you can't take credit for it, you should not use it without permission. That is one of the top rules of Otaku Senshi....
From what I'm getting is your using someone elses carachter, but made up different facts?
I'm sorry if I sound like I'm being mean here, but I'm just being honest. I am friends with some of the highest-ranked Otaku Senshi owners Sakky, Song of Amazon and others.....
And, Animal, Gemstone, Zodiac senshi are very overused and cliche.... so is making your character related to a canon character. I mean, I have no problem with it of course.... I just look at it from a different perspective...
