My voice scares me sometimes when I hear a recording of it, as it sounds really deep, but when I hear it directly with my own ears, it doesn't sound anything like that. :O

Maybe because we are hearing the sound after it has bounced off of something into our ears, and other people and recording devices get it directly? Or something like that...... :S
