We caught the boxtroll, but I have a inkling that ash is mafia due to the earlier divide.
If ash is mafia, then maybe the votes for ullion, before juno's intervention, are mafia sided.

But this is just conjecture.
If we do not get any leads this phase then we could vote ash.
Or not.

I was actually beginning to think the same thing. It makes a lot of sense, especially since Ash had quite a lot of votes, and I thought it was more then Ullion.

As for today's events, cool that James and the Giant peach is involved now. I haven't read it or seen it though, so I don't know much about it. As for the choice to keep Johnny alive, I agree. But where do we go from here? There seems to be numerous situations that could occur based on actions we take after tonight's story.

I kinda agree with that. I'd like to go a bit further though - to the moment where we've created Ash vs Ullion dilemma.
Here's basically what happened on Day 1. We make up a list of inactive players, first there is a couple of random votes from that list, then Draskk votes Ash, then Ash bandwagon. At the middle of it (well, the beginning - 3 votes) KetsuekiR appears and votes Ullion for the reason, and I quote,

I actually didn't see Ash post in any thread but I did see Ulli's posts.

I'd call that dilemma making, actually.
People continue to vote for Ash, but KetsuekiR's opinion actually impresses several people, myself included, enough that they vote for Ullion.
Then Juno pops in and sways the majority of lynches towards Ullion.
Why did I say all this? Now, if Ash is mafia, then I'd think either KetsuekiR or Juno did her a great favour. And that alarms me a bit. Especially the fact that Ullion turned out to be the Boxtroll after all - could Halloween have known his role beforehand?

P.S. That's one strange harpoon.

I can kill someone with the cane harpoon i received. The only downside is that it has a 50% chance of revealing my SECRET role :/

And now I've read the role description and it says Lock has a magical harpoon as well. Maybe he gave it out to you?
(And we have Clown with the Tearaway Face, whatever he does. Maybe he also has toys to share. Or maybe he investigates. Or maybe I'm overthinking it.)

So I assume that means it will say that "Syndrome revealed a gun and shot [insert person]"

So Syndrome has two harpoons, and you have one? Hum. Doubt either the Tinkering Elf or Jack gave both of theirs to Syndrome, so I also feel one of those is dangerous to use. I'd personally not use a harpoon if it's not necessary to risk it or get rid of someone we're not sure of yet... and as you said you could be of use in tailing Krampus (but idk what your secret role could actually do?)

Anyone else willing to say if they got a harpoon too?

Well I don't know, I thought something like "use the harpoon from N0" would work. If the premise is that the harpoons are completely identical and you juggled with them or something, then that's sad. I don't really know if specifying is possible in this case, but since you (and maybe the rules of Mafia I don't know) say no...
...then it was a pretty smart move by Jack&Co if they did give you a fake harpoon.
EDIT: I just realized how dumb I was. Santa gave Syndrome a vest, not a harpoon. I'm sorry.

I imagine that if you had one real and one fabbed harpoon that the GM would just RNG and decide which you used. it'd basically be 50/50 chance of fabbed harpoon, or the EM way where Fabbed weapons take precedence and therefore are always used first due to the First In First Out stacking of items. I don't think that most GMs will stack items First In Last Out unless it's relevant to the storyline somehow. FIFO is an easier method anyways and seems to be in favor among most mafia games since it allows fabricator roles to block people's items, which seems to be the agreed upon point of it.

Perhaps the GM could clarify; but I think it would be FIFO not FILO or Player's Choice.

Krampus is town sided, so there is no need to "tail" him.
Johnny most likely knows who he is already.
Since he's literally krampus' dog.

as for the "secret role", he was making a joke since he is already publicly revealed.
