I actually like this idea very much. And that reveal might have been the magic of Lock's harpoon.
And Bard might be that James guy, because we've only heard of James that night, and Bard wasn't really active till that.
That said, I have no idea what this role might be and whether he is more dangerous than Halloween!Lock. I mean, his colour is the same that the colour of Sparky and Corpse Bride, who don't really seem menacing.
So I don't know if we should vote him.
