18 Days Until Christmas - NIGHT TWO​

He was used to striking fear into his victims, but this time around it was he who shook with nerves. The One Hiding Under Your Bed had tripped and stumbled his way through the day, used to hiding in the shadows rather than out in such a crowd.

In the end the whole town were for killing him, even his former scaremates had given up hope after the ludicrous stunts he had pulled.

SHOCK had the trap set. Without the other two bozos around, she could work much easier and kidnap anyone she wanted.

She hopped into the bushes to wait for her target. After an hour, she heard the clattering of hooves.

RUDOLF was trotting along, red nose shining bright, but seemed to miss the pitfall beneath his feet. He fell down into the pit with a yelp of pain as SHOCK looked upon her work.

"You're not SANDY CLAWS either!" She kicked at the dirt when footsteps approached from behind.

JACK and the rest of Halloween Town approached from the darkness. LOCK giggled at his fellow little henchman.

"Hello, SHOCK," said JACK, patting the child on the head.

"Hi, JACK. This ain't SANDY CLAWS."

"That's quite alright. Mind if we take the animal off your hands?"

So it's a win-lose situation.
