You should have powers like locking, unlocking, pinning, etc.

Neither, I'm using the LAN front from Command and Conquer Red Alert. https://www.dafont.com/search.php?psize=m&q=red+alert
If you look in the 'Bitmap' section there's a lot of other fonts that look good, but I can't find the actual Digimon one (neither title nor in-game font).
Mizu Font Alphabet, for example, would work well in some situations.
