False. I've used a Suicune on my team in SoulSilver to beat the Elite 4 and Champ. I just couldn't resist raising a Suicune, one of my favorite Pokemon.

True. Umbreon only. ( I do recall using Jolteon in a game too, probably FireRed, maybe even Vaporeon once.)
