Hearthine, the Housewarming Pokemon. An old tale states that each household was bonded to one Hearthine who would protect its occupants so long as there was food such as milk and cookies left out for it at night. Hearthine prefers households that are filled with positive energies and will leave a place if the people in it are mean-spirited.
 
Sounds to me like Hearthine would be a Pokemon that doesn't evolve. Nice idea, though!

ARE YOU SERIOU- nevermind, my fault for leaving this on for a long time. I shall call the new mon Buryest. I'm too lazy to think of a dex entry :S.
 
How 'bout a Fairy/Sound-type Pokemon!
 
Klaxie evolves into Sirise (siren/previse).
 
It's name will be Pitilice, a combination of Pitiless and ice. I can't do Dex entries sorry...!
