The Chase for Zackary Pt. 4

"So, howzit goin?" Gold asked casually.

"Your Ivysaur got hurt badly, dimwit," Silver responded coldly. He pointed over at the pokemon with Bret at its side, attempting to carry it over to the side safe from harm. Gold looked over at his extremely hurt pokemon and was happy to see it safe… sort of. He was hurt really badly. It made Gold remember the most important thing at the moment, Zackary.

"I can't believe you could hurt my pokemon like that," Gold growled.

"Hey, not my fault your friend can't battle with it," Zackary responded.

"Well, this is ending now. Everything is over. You can't run anymore like the coward you are," Gold said.

Zackary laughed loudly. "Are you sure?" he asked. "The exit is right behind me. I can easily walk out of here now, and you may never see me or Larvitar again."

Before he waited for a response, Zackary and his Arcanine took off. Charmeleon jumped away from Silver and shot out the blue flames out in front of Zackary, blocking the exit.

Zackary growled and pulled out a pokeball. "Dumb fools," he said. "I'll show you now that it is better for you if I run!" He threw the pokeball and a large electric pokemon appeared. Gold pulled out his pokedex.

Electabuzz, the Electric pokemon, it read. Half of all blackouts occur when this pokemon appears at power plants and eats the electicity.

"An electric pokemon, huh?" Gold mumbled. He looked at Pikachu. The electric pokemon nodded and leaped off his shoulder and onto the field.

"Electabuzz, start this with quick attack!" Zackary shouted.

"Tackle back, Pikachu!" Gold shouted. Pikachu and electabuzz zipped in the same paths and collided in each other making them both fly back.

"Electabuzz do not let that stop you! Come forward and use thunderpunch, now!!" Zackary shouted. Electabuzz came forward and held up a large fist covered in static. It swung straight for Pikachu's head.

"Pikachu, duck!" Gold shouted. Pikachu crouched down in a low position making the swing of electabuzz's just slightly swipe the top of Pikachu's ears. "Yes!" Gold shouted.

"Not so fast, you little fool. You fell right into my trap," Zackary said softly. "Electabuzz, use low kick!!"

Electabuzz slid right down into the cave floor and under Pikachu's tiny body that was still crouched down. The kick came into the center of Pikachu, making him cry and fly backwards into a wall.

"Pikachu!" Gold shouted urgently. Pikachu weakly stood up and faced the large electabuzz again.

"Electabuzz come again and use thunderpunch with even more force!" Zackary shouted.

Elctabuzz charged towards Pikachu with even more force and power. The pokemon came to Pikachu like a maniac. As Gold watched it, he was reminded of the way Zackary stood and felt inside. He was full of rage and hungered for power.

"Pikachu, match power! Use brick break against the attack!" Gold shouted.

Pikachu held up a tiny fist and slammed it hard against Electabuzz's electric one. They both pushed on each other, matching power as much as possible. Then, Pikachu did something extremely clever that Gold would have never thought of. He slammed in his tail right in Electabuzz's gut, making him fall back. Pikachu had just performed a tail whip attack to beat the electabuzz.

Gold grinned at how clever his pokemon was. "Good job, Pikachu. Now use quick attack!!"

Pikachu shouted loudly and slammed into Electabuzz hard causing it to cry out and fall to the ground.

Zackary looked nervous on the other side from Gold. Gold liked to see this guy shiver. It made his powerful self look extremely wimpy and his trainer skills pathetic.

Zackary didn't make a move for several moments. Gold waited for him because it was just courteous to his opponent's pokemon that he didn't beat it up because of their trainer's stupidity. Not like Zackary would do the same for him.

"Electabuzz, get out of the way, quick! Arcanine, cover the field with flamethrower! Burn them all into ashes!!" Zackary shouted.

"What!" Gold shouted. Zackary was pulling another quick, cheap move to escape. He had to get Larvitar away somehow, though. He wasn't going to let Zackary escape again, ever with Larvitar at his side. But the flames were coming fast and there was no way to get over to Zackary. Pikachu zipped quickly out of the way with a quick attack as the flames roared down the cave towards the four trainers and all their hurt pokemon.

"Move!!" Emerald shouted urgently, pushing Gold over slightly. Gold could tell that Emerald was extremely nervous about the fire, and he quickly whipped out a pokeball and threw it. "Wartortle, use water pulse!" he shouted.

Wartortle, the turtle pokemon, appeared and shot out beams of water that came in contact with the blaze. The water repelled the strong fire for the meantime.

"Wait, where's Pikachu?!" Gold shouted urgently as he desperately looked around for his beginner pokemon.

"We'll find him, but we have bigger things to worry about right now!" Emerald shouted as the fire blazed on. Soon the water broke through the fire, putting it out quickly and clearing the area.

"Phew, that was close. Thanks Emerald," Bret said with relief.

Gold looked forward towards the exit and found that Zackary had escaped… again. He fell to the floor and pounded his fist on the ground. "Argh, I can't believe this!" he shouted angrily. Emerald patted his shoulder and pointed forward. Gold looked up and found a friendly face.

"Pika," Pikachu said happily.

"Pikachu!" Gold shouted. He grinned at his little electric pokemon, glad that it was safe. Pikachu grinned back, and that was when Gold noticed something in Pikachu's hands. It was a small red and white ball. Gold took the pokeball and examined it.

"Pikachu- who's……no wait," Gold mumbled. He grinned. "Pikachu, this is Larvitar, isn't it?" Pikachu nodded happily. Gold embraced him tightly.

"Pikachu, I can't believe how amazing you are! You must've snagged it while Zackary was distracted trying to escape!"

"Wow, this is so amazing that we finally got that pokemon," Emerald said.

Gold nodded. He stood up and pocketed Larvitar's pokeball. "Well, the exit is right there. I think we should get everyone healed up and we can talk more then."

Gold pulled out Ivysaur's pokeball and called back his hurt pokemon. With Pikachu on his shoulder, he walked into the daylight with his mission of capturing Zackary and obtaining Larvitar complete……with a little help of course.

(ooc: The last slot is intended for a water pokemon. Which one is unclear to me at the moment. I've never been picky about water pokemon. The text is huge again. Dunno why...)

Scene 2 : Between Relieved and Unrelieved Pt. 2​

"Huh, see? Don't judge my Jigglypuff by her appearance! Before Nidorina do another move, use Doubleslap on her Jigglypuff". After recovered from the rolling position, Jigglypuff immedeatly jump near Nidorina and use the double slap move on her. Nidorina got slapped back and forth. Meanwhile, the boy made a big grin on his face and said something with a creepy voice. "Huhuhu, attacking my Nidorina with a rush like that is going to be an advantage for me in the end...... Have you ever heard....... Poison Point? Fufu" Ren still don't understand about what the boy just said. But Jigglypuff started to look bad after slapping Nidorina for a while

Jigglypuff's attack stopped and Ren noticed that something's going on with Jigglypuff. "Huh? What's the matter Jigglypuff? You don't look so good?" asked Ren with a worried face. She haven't known the special ability of each pokemon very well yet, but she's sure that something bad is happening to Jigglypuff. Especially after the boy said the word Poison Point.

"Huh, Dumb girl. Poison Point is the special ability of my Nidorina! If your pokemon touch some points in her body, it'll get poisoned. Get that?" said the boy. He once again made an annoying grin, but Ren didn't care. Maybe didn't even notice. She's more worried about her Jigglypuff. "It's not good.... can you continue the battle Jigglypuff? I won't force you." asked Ren.

Jigglypuff stand still and her face is full of spirit. It seems that she's not going to give up just yet. "Thank you then Jigglypuff.... get in position!" said Ren. The boy on the other side looked very annoyed with their attitude and commanded his Nidorina to perform another attack with a rush. "What're you doing just now?!? Ugh.... Nidorina! use Poison Sting!"

An incredible amount of Poison Needles came out from Nidorina's mouth, launched directly to Jigglypuff. "That's not gonna happen! Jigglypuff use Disable!" commanded Ren. Jigglypuff immedeatly raised both her tiny hands and her big eyes shone. The Poison Needles stop moving and fell into the ground.

"Huh! Stopping that attack doesn't mean winning! Nidorina, use Horn attack with a full power! Quick!" Commanded the boy. Nidorina immedeatly took a position and her horn grew quite big. Then, she rushed herself toward Jigglypuf with full speed and power.

"Oh my, you can't take that attack directly Jigglypuff, you'll down for sure if that happened. Now, use rollout! Let's see who has more power!" said Ren with a smile. It seems that she started to enjoy trainer battles.

In the other side, Jigglypuff took a position and started to roll with a decent speed. Looked powerful, but Nidorina's attack looked very powerful as well. Those 2 began to crash each other and after a couple of seconds, both of of them pushed far back. That's a very hard collision they made.

Both Ren and the boy approach their pokemon and see them losing conciousness already. "Oh thank you Jigglypuff. I appreciate your try. Now, just rest in your pokeball." smiled Ren while taking out Jigglypuff's Pokeball and put Jigglypuff back to it. In the other side, Nidorina also returned to her pokeball. The boy looked so shocked and stood back.

"Huh, I..... I still have an oddish that I caught recently!" said the boy. He just pretended to be strong since actually, his oddish haven't been trained at all.

"Well, I also have 1 pokemon left and it's vulpix. Wanna try? Fufufu..." said Ren with a tricky face. She looked pretty confident with her vulpix. She trained her vulpix by punying a lot of wild Oddish anyway, that's a well enough reason.

The boy felt like being struck by a lot of lightnings, he couldn't say a thing. There's no way an oddish that was just caught will be able to beat a Vulpix. A fire type pokemon. Of course it's possible with some training, but he haven't even speak to his Oddish. "U.... uh.... I think there's no need to continue this. I only want a one on one pokemon battle, and since you're able to take my Nidorina down, it's OK. Even though it ended up tie. I'll turn back the Route sign to normal." said him, pretending to be strong. He didn't want to experience a real lose by continue the battle.

"Finished. Now I'm going back home then" said the boy while taking his bag from the ground. "Fufu, thanks for the battle. I enjoyed it very well. Take care" thanked Ren. While she's thanking him, the boy slowly disappear from his sight. Then, she also made her way to Lavender Town and while walking, she hoped that nothing'll block her way to the Town again.

(OOC : The battle is not in the town. But between the town and the rock tunnel?)

Rock Tunnel (Part 3) Eevee's Gift​

Vanessa, Jelly, Magmar were trying to find a way out of the complex Rock Tunnel. "Don't worry Eevee, we'll find you a Pokemon Center soon." Vanessa said holding Eevee. Suddenly Eevee jumped right out of Vanessa's hands and started running off.

"Eevee, it's not safe to go off on your own!" Vanessa said chasing after Eevee. Magmar made a signal as if Eevee knows the way out of the cave. "Maybe your right Magmar, it's our only option!" Vanessa said while returning Jelly into its Pokeball.

As they were running, Vanessa noticed that Eevee suddenly stopped. "Is something wrong Eevee?" Vanessa asked while coming up to Eevee.

Eevee was poking at a TM that was on the floor, it had a prune colour on it. Vanessa picked up the TM and read what was on it 'TM30 (Shadow Ball)'. "Is this what you were looking for?" Vanessa said looking at Eevee. Eevee nodded and cuddled up to Vanessa. "You're so adorable!" Vanessa said while spinning Eevee after finding the TM.

As they were down the cave, they saw a room that was very bright, but it was a dead-end. "Why did you take me here, is there another item?" Vanessa asked while looking at Eevee. Eevee ran off to a part of a wall.

"Is there something behind this wall?" Vanessa asked, Eevee nodded its head and started attacking the wall by using a Tackle. "I guess we should help Eevee out shouldn't we?" Vanessa said pulling out a Pokeball.

Before she could bring out a Pokemon, Eevee broke down the wall. "That was amazing, how could you do that so easily?" Vanessa asked Eevee. Eevee didn't really care what she asked and headed into the cave.

The good thing about this cave was that it was brighten by the room from back where the dead end was. "I wonder how Ramon is doing…" Vanessa thought in her head.

Ramon and Mr. Bubbles
Ramon and Mr. Bubbles finally escaped from the Geodudes and stopped at a wall. "That was a good thing you did, thanks for saving me." Ramon said with a smile on his face, "Although I got pretty comfy on those Geodude." Mr. Bubbles simply rolled his eyes.

When they walked down the path, they saw a huge lake inside the cave. "Looks like we have to get across this lake," Ramon said looking at the water. Mr. Bubbles jumped straight into the water without Ramon. "Wait for me Wartortle!" Ramon said pulling out a Pokeball.

Lapras emerged from the Pokeball ready to carry Ramon to get across the water. The water looked really nice, Ramon enjoyed looking at the water, and while he was looking he saw something strange. "Is that you Claudia?" Ramon said looking in the reflection.

"I hope you won't mind if you won't see me for a while… or maybe never ever again…" Claudia said and Ramon heard that. Lapras looked confused when he was talking to the water.

"What do you mean by that Claudia?" Ramon asked with a worried look. The reflection disappeared and his face came back in the water. "It was probably my imagination…"

Ramon finally got to the other side and returned Lapras into its Pokeball. Mr. Bubbles was being pretty impatient with Ramon. "Sorry, but I wouldn't gotten here faster if you didn't ditch me." Ramon said with a silly face. Mr. Bubbles sighed and Wartortle and Ramon continued to walk deeper into the cave.

Vanessa and Eevee
Vanessa and Eevee suddenly saw a bright light outside, it was the exit. "We finally made it to the exit!" Vanessa said with a cheer. Eevee was happy as well jumping up and down and licked Vanessa's leg. "That's tickles Eevee!" Vanessa said laughing.

Suddenly Vanessa says a little child at the exit with long green hair and a checked dress and a pink blouse on. "Little girl, you should be in here, it's dangerous!" Vanessa said coming up to the girl. Eevee suddenly had a tense feeling and grabbed Vanessa's leg.

"What's wrong Eevee?" Vanessa asked. Eevee simply made a glare at the little girl. "What could possibly go wrong with talking to a little girl Eevee?" Vanessa said with an awkward face. When they grabbed the girl, they saw something really strange. TBC

Gold turned around and saw the nurse standing there with her hands held together in front of her and her eyes looking straight into Gold's.

"Wu- why? Is there something wrong?" Gold asked nervously.

"Your pokemon aren't ready. Like you said, some of them are in very serious condition. Your Ivysaur has a bad burn and your Pikachu's arm is messed up a little. Flareon is exhausted and low on stamina. Actually, all three of them are. How did all this happen?"

"It's a long story," Gold replied. "How long will it take for them to recover?"

"About two days," the nurse replied.

Dang, Gold thought. That crushed his plan of getting out of Lavender as quickly as possible. Couldn't be helped he guessed. All of his pokemon had a rough time in the cave and deserved to rest. Maybe hitting the road as quickly as possible would be harsh and mean to them.

The nurse handed him two pokeballs. "These pokemon are okay," she said. "But one of them, a pokemon I don't even know, has a bad scar on its back. It makes me question what kind of trainer you really are with a pokemon like this and three others extremely injured."

"I swear I'm not a bad trainer!" Gold exclaimed. "That pokemon was abused by another trainer and I rescued it from him. The trainer was extremely harsh and hurt all my pokemon like that, but we still managed to get Larvitar back."

"Okay…" the nurse replied. She handed out four room keys to the trainers. "There aren't many guests here, so you each can have your own room."

Gold nodded and took the room key and the two pokeballs from the nurse and headed to the room he was assigned. He needed to do something very important away from the other trainers.

Gold threw his bag down and placed his hat on the nightstand as soon as he entered the room. He pulled out the pokeball of Larvitar's and clicked the button. A flash of red light filled the room and the little pokemon appeared on the floor of the room. Larvitar looked around the room dazed and then saw Gold standing there.

"Hi, Larvitar," Gold said politely.

Larvitar didn't pay attention to Gold. He looked around cautiously as he was looking for Zackary.

"Larvitar, don't worry!" Gold exclaimed. "Zackary isn't here. I rescued you from him. You never have to worry about him abusing you again."

"Lar?" the larvitar queried.

Gold chuckled slightly. The poor pokemon was confused. This had to have been a major change for it and it wasn't even close to being used to it. He reached forward and tried to pick the pokemon up. Larvitar flinched and jumped back.

"Larvitar…" Gold mumbled. He tried to reach for the pokemon again, but this time it leaped on the bed, away from Gold's reach. It cried out in fear from Gold's attempt in embrace.

Gold didn't want to torture the poor pokemon. He pulled out a pokeball and called back Larvitar. He headed to the kitchen to get something to eat and hoped to try to get through to Larvitar again later. When he got there, the other three trainers were waiting for him already. Gold explained to them about Larvitar.

"I hate Zackary. He put so much fear in that poor pokemon just so he could be a good trainer," Gold said.

"You'll break through and show him soon," Bret said with a big grin.

"I just need to show Larvitar that I'm a good trainer," Gold said.

"I know a way you can do that."

Gold looked over and saw the nurse standing there again.

"You know how?" Gold asked. "Please, tell me."

"The haunted tower is next to this pokemon center. It is a place where spirits of deceased pokemon are believed to dwell and where even trainers practice in. You may find some battles to do with that pokemon you're talking about and show it that you mean well."

Gold thought through the plan and nodded. He could bring Pidgeotto and Larvitar to this tower and train them while his other pokemon rested up. It was a great thing to do while he was stuck in a town. He grinned and looked over at the nurse.

"Thanks, that's a great idea. Tomorrow, I'm going to the Haunted Tower."

(This episode is going to be a little short since it is pretty much just the battle against Corosa)
Episode 40: Team Rocket Troubles (Part 2)

"Arbok, use Glare!" Yelled Corosa. Arbok started to stare into Dugtrio's eyes.

"Dugtrio, look away!" Yelled Chris, but Arbok's glare was too strong, and it paralyzed Dugtrio. "Dugtrio, return!" And then Chris sent out Crobat.

"Use Glare again!" Laughed Corosa before pointing towards Chris. "But on the trainer."

"Crobat, use Wing Attack!" Yelled Chris. Crobat was barely able to hit Arbok in time. "Now Bite!" And in that instant Crobat bit the snake, but Arbok was able to get out of the hold.

"Ice Fang now!" Yelled Corosa. Arbok's teeth became incased in ice before going after Crobat.

"Crobat, use Confuse Ray!" Yelled Chris, but Arbok was abl to bite Crobat, freezing him.

"Hahahahah! I'm winning." Said Corosa as Chris switched out to Pidgeot. "Use Thunder Fang!" Arbok came up to Pidgeot, but before the snake could strike, Pidgeot flew in the air.

"Use Quick Attack, Pidgeot!" Yelled Chris. Pidgeot flew up high before flying down at high speeds, hitting Arbok for an instant knockout.

"No!" Yelled Corosa as she returned the fallen snake. "Come on out, Sandslash!"

"Pidgeot, return!" Yelled Chris, before summoning his Dragonair. "Use Aqua Tail!" Dragonair went in for the one-hit KO, but Sandslash was able to dodge.

"Slash, now!" Yelled Corosa. Sandslash used its long claws to cut a big gash along Dragonair's side.

"Dragonair, NO!" Yelled Chris, but that's when Sandslash got hit by the Aqua Tail for a knockout.

"NO!!! If I had my own pokemon, this would've been over in a second!" Yelled Corosa before running away. "We WILL meet again boy!" Chris sighed before returning Dragonair.

"Did you see that girl?" Asked Kyle as he got up.

"Yeah, she is nuts." Said Chris as he and Kyle started to walk down. "But aren't the pokemon that rocket members have their own?"

"Yeah, they are. Team Rocket members are usually trainers that have been expelled from the league, but what's the deal with Corosa?" Said Kyle. After a few minutes the duo made it out of the Pokemon Tower before going to Fuji's house.

(Fuji's house)

"Welcome Kyle, how are you?" Said Mr. Fuji as he hugged his grand-nephew.

"Uncle? I thought you were in the Pokemon Tower?" Asked Kyle.

"I was, but these nice trainers helped me. I gave them the poke flute for their troubles." Said Mr. Fuji, causing Kyle's jaw to drop. "What?"

"That was my poke flute!!!" Yelled Kyle. Chris just smiled before saying.

"I'll see you all later, I have to get back to my quest." Said Chris, but his speech fell on deaf ears as Fuji and Kyle were still arguing. Chris took this oppertunity to leave.

Rock Tunnel (Part 4) Curse​

​

The girl that they encountered at the end was a faceless girl. "What are you, why are you here?" Vanessa asked the faceless girl.

The girl could actually talk and she said, "I think you meant to ask who are you?"

"Little girl, you are not human." Vanessa said with a creepy face.

"How would you know that, you're not me…" the girl said in an upset voice.

"If you could please move out of the way, I need to get to a Pokemon Center." Vanessa said politely to the faceless girl.

Suddenly the girl's face came back; she had a cute girl face and started to talk, "I'm afraid I can't let you do that because that Eevee is a sinner…"

"You may believe that, but I love Eevee and I need to help it." Vanessa said with love in her voice.

"Eevee will never be healed, you must trust me… destroy it now and you'll be spared." The little girl said with a maniacal face."

"I won't, that's just not right killing a Pokemon, that's just cruel." Vanessa said glaring at the little girl.

"You leave me no choice… it's time for you to die…" the girl whispered. As she was getting ready, the girl was casting a spell in mysterious words, out came a Gastly, a Haunter, and a Marowak.

"Looks like it's time to battle, let's go Etoille, Spice and Jelly!!" Vanessa said summoning Wigglytuff, Spice, and Jelly. Etoille came out with a classy dance, Spice with a flutter, and Jelly shaking itself getting ready for combat.

"Etoille, let's use Gyro Ball at Gastly, Spice, Psybeam at Haunter, and Mega Drain at Marowak." Vanessa said with passion. The attacks came flying at the Pokemon, but no effect happened at all. "What's going on, that should done damage!" Vanessa said rage in her voice.

"It's useless; I told you should've killed that Eevee…" the girl said with a creepy grin. "Gastly, use Shadow Punch on Tangela, Haunter, use Shadow Sneak on Butterfree, and Marowak attack with Boomerang…"

The attacked affected all three Pokemon and they all fainted on the spot. "How is that possible…?" Vanessa asked with confusion.

"It's that Eevee, take it out right now…" the girl said with a chuckle.

Vanessa suddenly thought of an idea, "I know why you want me to kill the Eevee…" Vanessa said with a glare at the girl. The Eevee looked confused with what Vanessa said.

"I already told you, because it's cursed…" the girl said confused.

"It's because you want Eevee to be with you, that's why you want Eevee to die." Vanessa said with a smirk.

The girl didn't make a reply, she suddenly stopped. "Why did she stop, did she really want to be with Eevee forever?" Vanessa wondered.

"Yes, that is the reason I wanted Eevee to pass away…" the girl said answering what Vanessa had thought.

"How could you read my mind?" Vanessa asked with a stunned face.

"I thought you said I was a ghost… because I'm a ghost, I can read minds…" the girl said with an upset face.

"I won't let you make Eevee dead, Eevee still wants to live." Vanessa said. "Why would you lie to me about all you said?"

"Not all of it was a lie; Eevee will still die because it has an illness within itself…" the girl said looking down on the floor. "That's I want Eevee to die; now I'm going to make that come true!"

Gastly, Haunter and Marowak attacked all their force at Eevee and Vanessa. It looked like the end, until a thing happened. Mr. Bubbles came and used Protect to block the attacks.

Ramon entered the area and saw Vanessa in distress, "I'm glad you're alright Vanessa, I finally caught up with you, who's your little friend?"

"You're really clueless aren't you Ramon, she's a ghost." Vanessa said with a sigh.

"I can keep attacking until you're dead." The ghost said coming over to attack Vanessa. Suddenly Eevee attacked the ghost and broke the locket that was around the neck.

The locket opened up which was broken, it had a picture of the girl and an Eevee in the picture. "You're the owner of the Eevee?" Vanessa asked with confusion.

"Yes, I just wanted to be with Eevee forever, but now I can't do that…" the ghost said. Eevee talked to the ghost in Pokemon language. "You're right, I should be happy with you being happy…" the girl said. "Vanessa, I want you to find a lavender scroll, get a resident from Lavender Town to read it and Eevee will be saved. I want Eevee to be happier than I was…"

"Where could I find a scroll?" Vanessa asked.

"Mr. Fuji has a scroll, if you can find him, maybe you can save Eevee." The girl replied as she was glowing and she disappeared into thin and the Pokemon disappeared as well.

"It's time to find Mr. Fuji and save Eevee!" Vanessa said with a determined voice as she was returning her Pokemon into their Pokeballs. Ramon and Vanessa exited the cave ready to take a rest to the Pokemon Center.

Episode 17 - A Gloomy Reunion

The afternoon breeze flowed gently across the small route between Lavender Town and Celadon City. The gang had decided to take a small break after their Rocket encounter in Pokémon Tower.

Charmeleon lay, sleeping on the soft grass while Belinda played with her newly evolved Gloom. Oddish had evolved soon after leaving the Pokémon cemetery and Belinda hadn't stopped talking about her since.
Zeke pulled out his Pokédex and pointed it at Gloom.


Gloom: the evolved form of Oddish.
The honey it drools from its mouth smells so atrocious, it can curl noses more than a mile away.

"Why don't you put that thing back in its ball?" asked Zeke, holding his nose tightly with his fingers, "It stinks!"

Belinda and Gloom glared at Zeke, "It's not Gloom's fault," she returned, "She didn't choose to smell like that."
"Gloom, Gloom," added Gloom with a nod.

"Well, I'm going to try and get some sleep..." said Zeke, "Wake me up if... in fact, don't wake me up."

Belinda laughed, "Ok..." she replied, still giggling.

Soon Zeke was fast asleep; Belinda noticed something sticking out of his backpack... it was the Poké Flute that Mr. Fuji had given him.
Belinda reached over and grabbed it, "Mr. Fuji said that it wakes up sleeping Pokémon..." she thought, "I wonder if it works on humans..."

Belinda raised the flute to her lips and began to blow, a beautiful tune echoed through the route and all of a sudden Charmeleon woke up.
"Char, Char..." he whined tiredly. "Sorry Charmeleon..." apologized Belinda. She continued to play and soon Zeke was sitting up and rubbing his eyes.

"Why'd you wake me up?" he asked, his voice still croaky. His eyes suddenly widened when he saw the flute in Belinda's hands, "What are you doing with that?" he questioned.

Belinda glanced down at the flute, "I was just seeing if it worked..." she replied.

"Well, give it here!" he returned quickly.

Belinda smirked, "Come and get it..." she replied suggestively.

Zeke smirked in return and attempted to grab the flute from Belinda, but she managed to hold it up out of his reach. Zeke leaned over and lost his balance... falling on top of Belinda with his hand grasping hers as they both held the flute.
Their faces were inches away from each other, with their noses just barely touching. The two teens smiled and they both leaned closer to kiss each other.

"Eevee!" called a soft velvet voice as a small brown Pokémon stood before the pair of trainers. Zeke rolled off of Belinda and quickly sat back up, Belinda did the same. "Eevee, Veee!" chanted the fluffy Pokémon.
Zeke pulled out his Pokédex and pointed it at the strange Pokémon.


Eevee: the evolution Pokémon.
A rare Pokémon that adapts to harsh environments by taking on different evolutionary forms.

"Oh! She's so cute," squealed Belinda, picking up the Eevee.

Zeke scoffed, "It doesn't seem that strong." The wild Eevee didn't appreciate that and managed to wiggle out of Belinda's and hands, kicking up a cloud of sand before running off.

"Look what you did," started Belinda, "You hurt her feelings, Zeke."

Zeke shrugged, "Why would anyone want to have a weak Pokémon like that?" he returned.

"You're so sexist!" Belinda screamed, "Just because she's a girl doesn't mean she's weak. But, you wouldn't know... you've only got male Pokémon on your team."

Zeke glanced at Charmeleon, who had fallen asleep again, before turning back to Belinda. "I'm not sexist!" he protested, standing up swiftly, "I'll prove it; I'm going to go and catch that Eevee."

Zeke wandered about the grass route and soon found himself within a forest, of sorts. He was surrounded by trees and thought that he might be lost, but still he looked for the wild Eevee, "Eevee? Here Eevee," he called in a slight whisper.

Soon the teenage boy stepped out into a clearing and standing in front of him was someone he thought he'd never see again... Derek Hunter and held in his left hand was the wild Eevee.

"Oh, look what we have here..." said Derek when he noticed Zeke, "It's nice to see you again, boy."

"No..." whispered Zeke, "You can't be here... you're dead!" he yelled.

"Nope... I'm alive and well," Derek assured, "All that fall did was get me a little wet."

Zeke shook his head, "Whatever! Just put the Eevee down!" he ordered.

"Now why would I go and do that?" questioned Derek, "Eevee is one of the rarest Pokémon around, it will fetch quite a price among collectors."

"If you won't let it go, started Zeke, "I'll have to make you!" He pulled out a Pokéball and held it towards Derek, "Pokémon battle, NOW! If you win you get to keep the Eevee, if I win... you have to let it go!"

With his free hand, Derek managed to grab a Pokéball off of his belt, "Very well... but remember, I've kicked your butt once before and I can do it again."

Zeke and Derek tossed their Pokéball's out onto the field and in a blinding flash... Scyther and Fearow appeared on the field.

"Fearow, use Agility!" ordered Derek, pointing out to the field with his free hand. Suddenly the large bird Pokémon disappeared and it was Zeke's turn to make a move.

Zeke quickly reacted, "Scyther, counter with your own Agility," he called. Scyther nodded and disappeared just as fast as Fearow, there were slight blurs of brown and green every now and then, but ultimately the two Pokémon were no-where to be seen.

"Now use Aerial Ace, Fearow!" yelled Derek suddenly. Fearow became visible again and at an alarming rate, shot towards Scyther... who was still zipping quickly around the field.

"Dodge it and use Slash, Scyther!" yelled Zeke. Scyther suddenly became visible and spun away from Fearow's fast attack... he turned back and slashed across Fearow's back.
"Follow it up with a False Swipe," added Zeke, quickly. Scyther raised his other blade and sliced across Fearow's back again, causing the bird to stumble across the field on it's small feet.

"Hang in there, Fearow! Use Pursuit," screamed Derek angrily. Fearow managed to shake off Scyther's last attack and shoot towards the bug Pokémon, Fearow crashed into Scyther and knocked him onto his back.

"You've got this, Scyther!" assured Zeke, "Jump into the air and use Razor Wind!" Scyther zipped into the air as if nothing had happened and begun to spin, creating a whirlwind around him.
Scyther suddenly stopped spinning and shot the whirlwind at Fearow, it made direct contact and caused Fearow to collide with Derek... knocking him unconscious and causing him to drop the wild Eevee.

OOC: It was getting pretty long, so I'll leave the battle with Eevee til the next post.

Lavender Town (Part 1) Death​

Vanessa and Ramon went straight towards the Pokemon Center to help Eevee out. Vanessa knew that she needed to find Mr. Fuji, but they all needed to rest first. Vanessa and Ramon entered the Pokemon Center and they were greeted with a cute cheery voice, "Welcome to the Lavender Pokemon Center, you're out awfully late."

"Hello Nurse Joy, we just came out of Lavender Town." Vanessa said while sticking her tongue out. "Anyways, I need to heal my Pokemon."

"That's what we're here for, just hand their Pokeballs in." Nurse Joy said with a cute smile. Vanessa and Ramon handed in their Pokeballs and Nurse Joy gave them to the Chansey.

"I also need this Eevee to get some rest." Vanessa said handing over Eevee which was quietly sleeping. "We plan to take Eevee to Mr. Fuji tomorrow."

"Mr. Fuji, I haven't heard from him for a while," Nurse Joy said taking Eevee into her hands. "There used to be an orphan that lived with Mr. Fuji who had an Eevee."

"Really, what did she look like…?" Vanessa asked a little creeped out. "Did she have green hair with a checked dress and a blouse with a locket?"

"Yes, she did but she died a few days ago. It's so tragic…" Nurse Joy and sent Eevee to the Chansey.

"How did the girl die?" Ramon asked confused.

"It's a tragic story really; she was murdered when she headed off to the Pokemon Tower to mourn with Mr. Fuji and the other orphans. She was kidnapped by some mysterious people and was batted to death." Nurse Joy said then she suddenly started to cry. "Mr. Fuji found out first that the girl died, her name was Vivian."

"That's so cruel, why would someone do that…?" Vanessa asked with a scared face.

"I think that Team Rocket murdered Vivian for her Eevee, no one has seen that Eevee since after it ran off into Rock Tunnel…" Nurse Joy said and continued the story. "Team Rocket found the Eevee before it left and injected it with some special poisons; I don't know if the Eevee is alive anymore…"

"We found an Eevee around Rock Tunnel, that's why we're looking for Mr. Fuji for his Lavender Scroll." Vanessa said with a little smile on her face.

"You must mean the scroll of all healing, that scroll can cure any poisons and effects, that's why Mr. Fuji holds the Lavender Scroll, he only hands it to people he can trust." Nurse Joy said. "Eevee should take a rest; it'll help it out a little bit."

"Thanks Nurse Joy, Vanessa said, "Can we reserve a room here?"

"Yeah, I'm really tired; I need something to eat too." Ramon said rudely.

"Sure, you can stay as long as you want." Nurse Joy said handing two room keys. "Your rooms are room 9 and 11."

Vanessa and Ramon headed off to their rooms and went straight to bed. As the night went on, Vanessa woke straight up, she checked the clock, and it said that it was 1:24AM. "It's still early; I don't want to wake up Ramon." Vanessa said quietly to herself.

Vanessa ran straight out of her room to find Nurse Joy was still awake at this time dressed in black. "What are you doing Nurse Joy?" Vanessa asked.

"I'm just mourning for all the killed people in Kanto; I just don't want more people to die…" Nurse Joy said while crying silently. "Anyways, why are you up so late…?"

"I wanted to see if my Pokemon were ready." Vanessa said looking at Nurse Joy.

"They're all ready except for Eevee; I'll give them back to you." Nurse Joy said going to get Vanessa's Pokemon. When Vanessa received her Pokeballs, Vanessa ran straight out of the Pokemon Center. When she ran out of the Center, she went straight to Pokemon Tower.

"I'm positive that Mr. Fuji has to be here, if he isn't… there's no hope." Vanessa said with a determined face. Jelly popped out of its Pokeball and was holding Vanessa's leg. "There's nothing to be scared of Jelly, I don't think there are any ghosts in there." Vanessa said assuring Jelly. Vanessa and Jelly entered the Pokemon Tower not knowing what will happen. TBC

Episode 41: The Eevee and the Ivysaur (Part 1)

A cat-like pokemon dashed down the route, on its face is a look of panic as it looked back to see motorcycles behind it. "Eevee!" Yelled the pokemon before escaping in to the bushes.

"Dang it! That Eevee got away!" Yelled a biker, but the biggest one just smirked.

"Hmhmhm, there's no exit that a pokemon can take, it will be only a matter of time before it comes out. Squad A, guard the area towards Lavender Town as a trainer could go in over there. Squad B, go near Saffron City." Said the leader before grinning evilly. At least two-thirds of the bikers scattered towards the paths they were to take.

(Chris)

"Hmm... I'm glad to be out of that depressing place." Said Chris as he took in the bueaty of the area around him. "It seems that this road leads back to Saffron City... didn't know that before now. I wonder what the gym leaders are like." Chris loked in his brother's journal to learn about the next Gym Leader, which had an extensive entry on the next gym leader. Suddenly a motorcycle came in out of nowhere. "Aahh! What do you want?!"

"I'm sorry sir, but this road is closed. Please take the alternate route through Rock Tunnel." Said the biker, waiting for the next move that Chris was going to make.

"I'm sorry, but I am NOT going back through the Rock Tunnel." Said Chris as he dashed through, but before he could make it past the biker, he was held back.

"It's not a request." Said the biker throwing Chris back to where he stood before. After getting up, Chris tossed out a pokemon, his Ivysaur.

"Let's go, I need to get to Saffron City by tonight!" Yelled Chris. The biker tossed out his Weezing, ready to fight.

"Eeevee!" Yelled an Eevee as it smashed into the Weezing, hurting it.

"What the?" Asked Chris, seeing that action. But it seems that the Eevee has been hurt, so it could've been a revenge shot. "An Eevee? Last time I saw one was at Prof. Oak's laboratory."

"Heh, we've found you at last little Eevee." Said the biker. Chris just looked on in confusion. "Now you'll be ours once again."

"Never take your eyes off of your opponent! Finish off Weezing with Take Down!" Yelled Chris. Ivysaur slammed into the Weezing, knocking it out.

"No!" Yelled the biker as he returned his abnormaly weak Weezing. "We'll get you back, or we aren't the Kantonian Highway Biker Federation!" The biker rode away on his bike.

"Hmm... I wonder why a bunch of bikers would want an Eevee, I mean they're not the rarest animals." Said Chris as Eevee walked up to him.

"Thank you sir." Said the Eevee, and with that, Chris's mind just crashed. "What?"

"You can talk?" Gasped Chris in disbelief, I mean only a handful of normal pokemon in history have learned to talk. "Oh, my." Chris then shook his head, I mean he didn't hear an Eevee talk.

"You should get going, before more of them come back." Said the Eevee. Chris was still in shock, but he asked anyway.

"What about you?" Asked Chris. Eevee just looked down.

"I'll be fine." Eevee than jumped to get away, but Ivysaur shot out her vines, catching the Eevee. "Hey, lemme go!"

"Ivysaur?" Asked Chris, but one look into the grass starters eyes told him everything. "We have to get you healed."

"Oh, no you don't!" Called out a voice. In moments, the trio were cornered by Bikers. "We will not let that pokemon get away." The big biker snapped his fingers and an Arbok slithered out. "Ice Fang!"

"Crobat! Fly us out of here!" Yelled Chris before sending out the bat. Somehow they were able to get away.

"What? Go After them!" Yelled the Biker Boss. The bikers all started to chase Chris, Eevee, Crobat, and Ivysaur.

The Battle to end all Battles- At least for Now.

When running away from anyone, a few techniques are necessary. Number one, don't get distracted for any reason. In Isaac's case, the angry giant was his distracted. Number two, never lose your sense of direction as getting lost is just as bad. In Isaac's case, stumbling into a dark cave with no map was his epic fail. And number three, don't stop for any reason. In Isaac's case, resting for a brief moment thinking you escaped was a grave error in calculation. So yes, Isaac broke every rule in his dramatic effort to avoid the clutches of his rival, Peter, who at the very least desires nothing more than his demise.

Returning to Isaac who took time to relax near by a rock wall, was eventually warned by Shadow that Peter was approaching. Shadow was very aware of his surroundings, at least aware enough to save Isaac's skin a few times. Isaac waited a few brief moments before acting on Shadow's warning, but eventually the loud thumping of a grown man of Peter's build sprinting could be heard, and Isaac bolted forward along the wall. The torch at this point was barely lit and illuminated only a few feet in diameter of dark space, however a hint of light lied around the bend of the hallway Isaac was running down and the exit to the rock tunnel was discovered. As Isaac slid to make the turn, a powerful Pokemon charged and tackled Isaac hard enough to make him collide with the wall. "Seems I finally caught you." Peter sneered. Isaac was barely alive enough to hear Peter's evil remark and noticed that his Pokemon line-up had changed just a bit, at least into the moldings of a real team. The highlight was Peter's newest member: Nidoqueen. Apparently , Peter had gone out his way to train a few Pokemon, after realizing his loss at the hands of Isaac. "After losing to you, I rethought out my team and made a few changes," Peter took a brief pause to clear his throat. "What do you think? Powerful, isn't she?"

"I admit, I am impressed. But all I see is a Pokemon who can sneak attack real well." Peter's face was overcome with anger, but he quickly forced himself to calm down. The sturggle could be seen by the closing of his eyes and the deep breaths of one who took many years of yoga.

"Fine. I shall prove their strength. A battle, 4v4. Do you agree?" Isaac simply smirked before summoning his first Pokemon, Kadabra. Peter simply forced Nidoqueen to take the stand and a brief stare down began. Suddenly, Nidoqueen lept up into the air and crashed down to the ground, body slamming Kadabra with the speed of a meteor colliding with the earth. Any normal Pokemon would have been defeated in that instant, but Kadabra struggled to climb out of the crater that Nidoqueen created and forced himself off the ground. Nidoqueen charged forward, preparing to deliver a series of Double Kicks, however Kadabra sidestepped Nidoqueen and gathered Psychic energy for a Psybeam attack. With skilled aim, Kadabra fired his psychic cannon directly at Nidoqeen's head, earning a awesome head shot. Due to its weakness to Psychic attacks, Nidoqueen was defeated in an instant, fainting right before Peter's eyes.

Isaac cheered for Kadabra, but Peter was not in the mood for such childish games. Grabbing his next Pokeball with such rage, the next Pokemon was very apporiate for the scenario. A Machoke. Isaac had seen them before, but not with this much focused strength. He chose to leave Kadabra in, hoping the type advantage would lead him to victory. Kadabra fired another Psybeam, smacking him directly in the head. The psychic blast sent Machoke flying back, however a sudden burst of energy in the spirit of the fighting Pokemon allowed it to bounce off the wall and charge Kadabra head on. Grabbing Kadabra while in midair, Machoke proved a submission locking Kadabra's head in his grasp and choking the air out of its head, forcing Kadabra to slip into a state of dreaming. Machoke's toughness forced Isaac to rethink the rest of the match.

"Alright, Peter. Good move. But let's see if my fighting Pokemon is any better." With a flick of the wrist, Primeape was called to the stand and the epic battle of fighting Pokemon began. With no hesistation and no remorse, the fighting Pokemon beat each other to a bloody pulp. Primeape started with Rock tomb, only to be reversed by a Vital Throw. Machoke began to attempt a Submission only for Primeape to blast it with a Focus Punch. Primeape grasped Machoke moments later for a Seismic Toss, but Machoke extracted some Revenge shortly before impact with the stone cold ground. At the center of the crater, both pokemon lay broken and bruised with both trainers impressed by the power and heart of their fighting Pokemon. Each trainer smiled at the other, before the battle faces returned and each trainer tossed out a Pokeball blind to which one the other picked.

From Isaac's ball, ascending Pikachu while Peter's revealed a Hypno. Prepared for battle, each Pokemon jumped forward meeting head on. Hypno's headbutt, however, proved to be the superior attack, forcing Pikachu to have a first class ticket to the rock wall. The impact sent a postcard to the ceiling's rocks crashing them down on her head. Hypno then charged up a follow-up Psybeam however, Pikachu's mirror image from double team tricked Hypno up causing the attack to miss. The Double team caused Pikachu to form a brief image before the rock collaspe preventing further harm. The electric mouse conjured up a powerful thunderbolt to shock every inch of Hypno's body. The singular attack was not enough and Pikachu followed up with a slam to the head, successfully bringing the freshly evolved Hypno down to its knees in defeat.

Peter shook his head in surprise and in denial before calling up his final Pokemon. A flash of light was quickly followed by a deep roar of rage, power and pride. It was none other than Charizard. The dragon-like flame Pokemon recognized the defeat of his comrades but overlooked Pikachu was the culprit. Clearly Peter showed difficultly in controlling his own Pokemon. Curses and pleas to listen were emitted by Peter. Isaac held in laughter recognizing his distress. Calling back Pikachu, Isaac sent ou Shadow, hoping its dark energies were conjure up the spark needed for a conclusion to their battle. Eevee has had a history of beating Charmander and now evolved the two could add another battle to their history. Charizard showed some fighting spirit upon Shadow's arrival. The only problem was that Umbreon had to win as Charizard will not listen to Peter. Charizard began the battle with a sweep of his wing, but Shadow crouched to avoid the attack. Shadow replied to Charizard's offer with a Sand attack as he came for a second pass and the sand storm ruined the dragon's concentration causing the slash attack to barely miss Shadow's face. With Charizard on the ground, the mighty dark pulse attack collided with Charizard's body causing the dark energy attack to fire the dragon like a cannon into the wall. Filled with anger, Peter's pride and joy grasped Shadow in its teeth with a Fire Fang attack. Screaming in pain, Shadow gathered as much power as possible before releasing another Dark Pulse attack. The final last ditch effort caused Charizard to simply fall over in defeat.

Devastated, Peter recalled his final Pokemon before Isaac in the middle of the battlefield. He paused before he began to speak.

Appearance: Jack always wears his grey beanie hat, sunglasses, Grey pants, and a grey sweatshirt. He has messy black hair (if he even shows it) and is rarely seen not carrying his snowboard, even in the middle of a desert. He is tall and skinny.

Personality: Jack is aggresive. He dreams of one day ruling all of the mountians with his pokemon. His dreams of his empire will be the fuel he needs to get the job done, however it is also his downfall. He will make friends if neccesary, but will immediatly betray them if they show any signs of mutiny.

History: Jack was born in a cottage, high in a mountian. His father once climbed up the mountian and never came back. His mother still lives there with her Pokemon, Jinx, who is like family. Jack has never gone to school, but ever since he was born he has snowboarded, skiied, tobbogoned down the mountian.

Lavender Town (Part 2) Clash Off in Pokemon Tower​

Vanessa and Jelly entered the tower to notice that the tower was entirely empty. It gave Vanessa the creeps, but Jelly tried to be brave. "I don't think Mr. Fuji is here!" Vanessa said running for the door. Jelly grabbed Vanessa on the leg to prevent Vanessa to run away. "You're right, we won't know unless we look." Vanessa said getting her senses back together.

As they headed up the stairs, it was still quite empty, so Vanessa and Jelly headed up the stairs as they got closer to the top. As they climbed the tower, there was a bright coloured floor that glowed beautifully in the dark. "That's amazing Jelly, but why would this be in a funeral home?" Vanessa wondered while looking at her Tangela. Jelly simply went on ahead.

As they walked on the floor, they felt really refreshed and reenergized. "That was weird, I wonder how that happened." Vanessa said quite clueless. Jelly ignored Vanessa and ran off to a corner because she saw something.

"What did you find Jelly?" Vanessa asked. When she got to the corner, there were two police officers knocked out cold on the floor. "How could this happen, was it the doing of Team Rocket…?" Vanessa wondered as she tried to wake up the police officers. It was no use, they couldn't be woken up.

Vanessa and Jelly made it to the next floor and found something a lot more stranger, there was police tape bordered off to a corner. Vanessa and Jelly ran off to the police tape to see what happened. There was an outline of a body with a blood all over the place.

"A murder… why do these things have to happen," Vanessa said starting to cry. Jelly held onto Vanessa's leg and warmed her up. "You're right, we can't give up we have to help Eevee, or it'll die." Vanessa said running off to the next floor.

When she arrived, she saw a whole bunch of grunts waiting at the staircase. "So, you finally made it to the top." A grunt said with a Pokeball.

"How did you find out we were here?" Vanessa said looking surprised.

"Don't be so surprised, you already knew that we were here, you didn't think we left this place do you?" a female grunt said coming out of the shadows.

"Who are you?" Vanessa asked quite curiously.

"You are so rude! You defeated me from Mt.Moon, because of you I was downsized to this dopey mission, and we failed it already because some kids beat us…" the female grunt said with embarrassment in her voice.

"Where's your partner then?" Vanessa asked with an angry face.

"I never had a partner, I only work with people I seem to help me finish a job." The grunt said. "Anyways, my name is Stephanie, but I'm going to take you down this time!"

"What makes you think you can win?" Vanessa asked with a smug face wondering what Stephanie would do.

"We have all these grunts with us; do you really think you can win?" Stephanie said pulling out a Pokeball and summoning an Arbok.

"What should I do…?" Vanessa wondered as she summoned Etoille to the battlefield. When Etoille came out of its Pokeball, it was scared of the battlefield. "I wouldn't blame you Etoille, this place is quite creepy." Vanessa said a chuckle.

"Men attack the girl!" Stephanie commanded to her fellow grunts.

"Well, our Pokemon are weak from that last intruder…" the grunts said as they ran off to the corner to hide.

"You are all pathetic; I'm going to report you all to HQ…" Stephanie said with a snort.

Suddenly, a window was smashed by an astonishing entry, a girl with puffy short hair popped in summoning a Gloom to the battlefield. "Can it really be…?" Vanessa said in astonishment.

It was exactly who Vanessa thought it was, it was her friend Jen coming in with a dramatic entrance. "Oww that hurt, next time I shouldn't do that!" Jen said sobbing about her getting hurt.

"Jen, I can't believe it's you!" Vanessa said coming over to hug her.

"We haven't got time for that, we have to stop Team Rocket…" Jen said sending Bloom to the battlefield.

"I'm going to need backup, Jacob, drop in and join the party." Stephanie said on a walkie-talkie.

Just then a grunt came from the ceiling and summoned a Golbat to the battlefield. "Glad I could drop ladies, my name is Jacob, and I am the greatest grunt there ever was!" Jacob said while being quite consociated.

"We should have separate battles, come get me boy!" Jen said while running upstairs.

"Don't let her get away Jacob, she knows the truth!" Stephanie said to Jacob ordering him to follow Jen. "Looks like it's just the two of us… Arbok use Mud Bomb at the Wigglytuff!"

The mud flew straight at Etoille ready to do some major damage, but Vanessa made her first command, "Etoille, use Rollout to get out of the way!" Etoille did as it was it was told and rammed Arbok which was in the way, not much damage was done, but Etoille dodged the mud bomb.

"Use Acid as fast as you can or you will be punished severally!" Stephanie said really angry glaring at Arbok. Arbok was frightened when Stephanie had said that because when it was just an Ekans and failed the mission in Mt.Moon, its tail was cut off, it was really painful for Arbok. Arbok used Acid as fast as it could just like what Stephanie said, but Etoille pranced and dodged all of the attacks.

"Let's wrap this up, use Body Slam on Arbok!" Vanessa exclaimed with a smile. Etoille was about to flatten Arbok until Arbok used Glare and paralyzed Etoille on the spot.

"Use Mud Bomb to finish it off!" Stephanie with a maniacal laugh of joy, Arbok didn't obey Stephanie's commanded, instead it used Crunch and Etoille flopped on the ground. Vanessa returned Etoille into its Pokeball and disappointment. "It's time for you to die little girl!" Stephanie said as she pulled out a choke chain.

Suddenly Arbok felt quite guilty and attacked its own master Stephanie. As Arbok attacked Stephanie and broke its own Pokeball. After that, Arbok use Mud Bomb and knocked out Stephanie out cold. "Thanks Arbok, you really helped me out…" Vanessa said petting it on its head. Arbok nodded and went upstairs to the top of the tower.

Jen & Bloom
Jen used Mega Drain and knocked out Jacob's Golbat, "That was way too easy… you were such a waste of time." Jen said in a disappointed voice. Jacob was just astonished by Jen's battle. Vanessa came up and stairs and was surprised that Jen was still here.

"Did you beat that grunt?" Vanessa asked wanting to know what had happen.

"Are you kidding, do you think I'm that weak, anyways I did." Jen said a chuckle and pointed at Jacob on the floor. "Anyways, I have some news I have to tell you…"

"What is it Jen, because I really need to find Mr. Fuji." Vanessa told Jen.

"You might not like this story, I didn't like it either…" Jen said with a look of fear in her eyes. TBC
