Vileplume VS Victreebel - prefer Victreebel
Primeape VS Persian - like both
Arcanine VS Ninetales - prefer Arcanine
Scyther VS Pinsir - prefer Pinsir
Electabuzz VS Magmar - prefer Electabuzz

The best of that lot are Electabuzz & Magmar. Out of the two, I also prefer Electabuzz.

I personally prefer the male Nidoran line, as they're stronger and faster. But I have nothing against the female Nidoran line.

Relatively good, but there are better Poison-types out there(what with Gen I's over abundance)
And I am indifferent towards Smoochum, but Jynx is my second least-favorite Pokémon(after Bruxish)

Nidoran♀ is saved! Also I like both Nido lines are cool, though I've only used Nidoqueen, so I hope to use a Nidoking soon.

The funny thing is that Nidoran F and Nidorina can learn Bite and Crunch, while Nidoran M and Nidorino can't.

Some movesets are bizarre. I mean (almost) every Pokemon should be able to learn common moves like Bite & Tackle.
