Koffing & Zubat were just sidekicks to Skuntank. All they did was "Whoa-ho-ho" & "Heh-heh-heh".

You know, that team had a better Pokemon as their leader, and 2 fully evolved Pokemon instead of only one. Although Skuntank was a bit more competent.
