I've played PMD Red more times than any Main Series Game. Team Meanies' Gengar is one the best characters in any Game.

If I had to pick between Team Meanies and Team Skull, I'd probably pick Team Meanies, since they have Gengar and Medicham. Team Skull was also good, but I prefer Zubat's and Koffing's evolutions over Zubat and Koffing themselves, and while Skuntank is alright, he doesn't match up to Gengar.
