He gets bellydrum, amnesia, swords dance, surf, dragon tail, focus blast, explosion, shadow ball, muddy water. Normal types have some of the richest movepools out there.

Same here. It used to be my least favourite gen4 evo but then in one of my BW2 nuzruns I needed to use it to counter the water gym and it ended up being one of my most reliable team members, so now I actually like it.
