I remember trying to catch a Beldum during a Beldum swarm in Pokemon Diamond. The battle went on for a long time, and I still failed to catch that damn Beldum.

Beldum's actually a cool mon despite its catch rate. Also, it does get a few tutors like Zen Headbutt.

I only encountered it in Moon and when I tried to catch it, it knocked itself out in battle and it never appeared in the wild again when I tried to look for it.
