Now that I've given it a proper look, I don't particularly care for Arceus' overall design. It's certainly not on the same level as the Creation trio, which I love.

Dialga and Giratina have awesome designs. I think Palkia's neck looks a little weird, but it's okay otherwise. Arceus, on the other hand, looks like a deer stuck in a giant ring.

Arceus is shown to care for and safeguard the planet in ancient times protected it from cataclysms such as meteors, and it would show gratitude and compassion in return to those who treated it with equal kindness.
