I also think that the ability Corrosion should allow the user to hit Steel types super effectively with Posion type moves, instead of poisoning Poison and Steel types.

Clawitzer can learn Sludge Wave and Sludge Bomb through TM, although they're not boosted by Mega Launcher, and you're better off teaching them to special-oriented Poison-types like Gengar, Nidoking or Dragalge .
