I actually like that about it though, especially for a Pokemon with a bunch of healing moves. It's like a floating bandage/gauze Pokemon?

Chimecho's inspired by fūrin. These glass bells hang outside of Shinto shrines to keep away malevolent spirits. It's name is a play of the sound/chime of the instrument. I think it's a cool idea.

I feel like it's meant more as a support mon than anything else.
Also while useless, it's baby mon chingling is adorable ^.^
