I don't mind upvoting if because it's still a cute little water Pokemon like it's parent, even if Manaphy does outclass it, I like the idea of a legendary/mythical Pokemon that can breed. So like Rekoil I'll give Phone at least one bump.

It's cute and it tries really hard but still nobody seems to like it. ._.

It even has its own lore tied closely to Manaphy! Which is more than many other Pokemon can ever hope to get.

Usually we vote them up though. There's not a lot you can do with most baby Pokemon, which is what i thought Phione was, but we saved them anyway for being cute.
