This is Cacturne X from Xenoverse. He looks like a cute cross between a scarecrow and a Raggedy Andy doll. I love him so much! He's also the signature Pokémon of Caspar, one of my husbandos favourite Gym Leaders in this game and my favourite Ghost-type specialist because screw canon.
