Classy choice. Panpour at best learns scald upon evolution... a TM move.

What disappoints me is that Panpour is an underwhelming water based mixed attacker. There are not too many water based mixed attackers compared to the plethora of water mons. Many tend to be tankier and focus on either physical or special. The few water based mixed attackers available are still better, like Floatzel for example, because of the movepools, abilities, and sometimes stat distribution. I use Floatzel as an example because it is just as frail, if not more frail, than Panpour/Simipour. However, Floatzel has better access to moves like aqua jet. It also does not need a tutor to access aqua tail when it can learn it on its own, something I think is worth mentioning against Panpour.

Yes they do. That is why we are all collectively coming up with different but interesting reasons to down vote them to oblivion so that we can get to the more interesting pokemon of gen 5. Upon further research Floatzel is not only better than Simipour despite being somewhat similar in stats and roles, Floatzel can be a support role with taunt + baton pass + agility or bulk up. Simipour just has nasty plot and that's it.

The biggest problem with Munna is that the same generation introduced both Reuniclus and Gothitelle. All of which are bulky psychic types but have much better abilities. Gothietelle has shadow tag and Reuniclus has magic guard, overcoat, and regenerator. What does Munna have? Telepathy, forewarn, and synchronize. Those just aren't good enough.
