95 base phys. atk. with belly drum is pretty good, but I don't think you will hit anything with that 20 base speed. Diggersby is just way better with huge power (doubling its phys. atk. to base 112) and it is 3 times as fast.

Sees some potential in Greedent. Boosts its Defense by +2 with Stuff Cheeks, on top of eating whatever berry it has. Launches some good Body Presses with that. Could go Curse + Gyro Ball too.
Do not knock its stats either. Might be even slower than Snorlax, sure. Compensates with 120 base hitpoints, 95 base Defense, and 75 base Special Defense. Compares pretty closely to Throh. Views that as pretty good, as far as Route 1 rodents go. Does not rely on the hidden ability, making it plausible for a playthrough.
(Is not a fan of the design, however.)
