The machine replaced pokemon with more powerful variants. Also look at Iron Hands' stats. Fighting/Electric means no flying weakness but instead now has a ground weakness. Plus a psychic and fairy weakness. Outside of those Iron Hands' has 5 resistances that compliment its massive 154 HP and 108 phys. def. stats
