It's Elvis Presley if he were a bird mon. Honestly I feel bad for Squawkabilly because I do like how it reminds me of Elvis, but it doesn't stand out from the other bird mons. In fact, it feels like a weird mashup of a few bird mons stapled together. Devalue mentioned Chatot, as both bird mons do not evolve. There's also Farfetch'd, the better joke-mon, that cannot evolve either but has a niche with its stick. It also got a later evolution. Squawkabilly has other color variaties, but you know what other bird mon has color variaties too? And it is available as early, if not earlier, in Paldea? Oricorio! Squawkabilly's spotlight was taken in its own debut generation by Oricorio. Plus Oricorio is more interesting. Absolutely mogged.
