Capsakid's hidden ability is klutz. Meanwhile, the evolution's hidden ability is moody. Why not just keep it at moody? Especially because this is an evolution stone pokemon.

Scovillain does keep chlorophyll, but now its hidden ability changes to moody. I really like this evolution because of it being fire/grass. It is fantastic in sunny day teams too.
