Needs more Calm Mind if you ask me.

You could try a Bulky Draco Meteor Jirachi.

EVs: 240 HP / 144 Def / 12 SpA / 114 SpD
~ Calm Mind / Protect
~ Wish
~ Draco Meteor
~ Psychic / Flash Cannon / T-Bolt / HP Fire

Would probably work better with Attack EVs instead of SAtk EVs, and with Body Slam and Iron Head / U-Turn
 
Or how about an offensive MixRachi?

According to X-Acts pokemon coverage App, this gives the best coverage and best overall damage output out of Jirachi's special options.

lol?

Smeargle can learn any move in the game, and can therefore easily overome its taunt weakness, besides if something is faster than you and generally carries taunt, switch out.
