Its for UU, Kingdra is OU anyway so I can't use it.

It doesn't get swift swim (i thought it did too). It only gets Sniper or Poison Point. Anywho, Seadra is awful. I just made it cause I was really bored. It fails to KO Lapras with HP Electric lol. Thats after SR Damage + Spikes.

I don't think I have an in-game team anymore. I kinda stopped playing and started breeding as soon as I got to Vermillion City. I've got a sexy dino with Dragon Dance though.
