I can really feel with you. I used to play a lot of mafia with classmates and one of them was always better at convincing ppl then me. Even if I was right and had the better arguments ppl would follow him. So I made it my top priority to kick him out of the game (simply because he was the better player). From day 1 of any game, no matter what role I had or what he said I tried to convince ppl to lynch him. (I did also n0 him once or twices, but then ppl started suspecting me and when he got n0'd, I would be lynched the next day, even if I was innocent). After a time he returned the gesture. This got so ridiculous, that when in a game we both awakened to be mafiosos we would still acuse each other and vote for the other to be lynched. Noone took it for real of course and not doing so would have been highly suspicious.

Try to see the fun in it.

Dying first night often means ppl are afraid of you X-P

then go for it. we'll probably laugh at you, scrutinize your game forever, and you get to be immortalized as the gm who fucked up always, but atleast you tried :3
