Okay so I'm gonna start a new trend in the Underground here because I'm starting PRE SIGN UPS for Supps S4 right now. This is an event just to speed up the signup process since I've noticed that we've been snailing a bit with getting people. When the OP arrives, the ones who pre signed up would have a spot reserved already and would cut down the time to get some other folks... hopefully.
