Dood you should totally join us in our mafia shenanigans when the next one is up.

I don't watch Game of Thrones but certainly what Klippers mentioned in the other thread piques my interest 8)

and hopefully there'll be more jester-esque roles those are fun to play with
 
Oh, a quick note about GoT Mafia, which I'll repeat in the thread: I'm gonna basically be "re-writing" the story of the books. So, for example, if a character that doesn't die is killed, I'll find a way to rewrite the book plot to fit our new narrative. So basically we'll be rewriting the books from the first chapter. :D
 
I don't think it should matter; I haven't watched nor read the series either and I doubt knowing House Lannister or who Daenerys Targablahblah is will affect playing the roles XD

No, there's no reason to know the real plot unless you are concerned about a few spoilers here and there which are inevitable. :) It's just another Mafia game themed to a series, haha.

I have a strong personal policy against learning spoilers for things I haven't read/watched/played if there's any chance I will read/watch/play them in the future. What do?

Best catch up quick!

I'll basically be following the main plot to an extent, but if a character is killed early or lives longer, it will change the direction OUR plot goes. So you'll see stuff that might be happening in the show or books.
 
Game of Thrones Mafia is gonna be amazing. Well, all the games queued will be hopefully.

I need to plan some events, change a role slightly and we should be good. Some events will likely be on the spot too, since the game hopefully won't be at all predictable at any point.

As for the GoT mafia I don't really care if I get spoiled. I live with spoilers. Heck, normally I look for spoilers to a show/anime I'm planning to watch, or a game I'm planning to play. Spoilers ftw!
 
Okay, once i get a stable internet connection, there would be an event in S3 that would need the activity of the current players since its dead as fuck. Any supporters who wish to join the game still, please VM me.
