I'm hacking in all of them in this fashion:

--Remoraid at Lv. 5 (need surf to get Remoraid =/)
--Beldum at Lv. 5 (giving it Metal Claw instead of Take Down).
--Elekid at Lv. 5, will then hack into Electivire after it evolves into Electabuzz.
--Gible at Lv. 5
--Aerodactyl at Lv. 5
--Bibarel at Lv. 2 (HM Slave, not battling with it).

Rattata beat Brock a lot easier than I thought. Tail Whip helped beat Onix while he was Biding
He evolved in Mt. Moon.
Got Helix Fossil, since it was the one in front of me.

Saved Bill
Caught a Sandshrew for Cut
Caught Drowzee (Nyx)
Beat Lt. Surge.
Beat Game Corner
Beat Gary in Lavendar Tower
Drowzee evolved there.

Edit: Apparently it didn't save after the above happened. When I started playing again today, I was back at Misty, right before I battled her. I then relooked at my team, and determined that I'm only going to use the Marowak and Raticate. Forget Rapidash and Hypno. Nobody needs them.

So, I beat Misty again, Beat my Rival and saved Bill again, Caught another Sandshrew, Got Cut (and body slam this time) again, Defeated Surge again, Defeated the Game Corner, and beat Rival in Lavendar Tower. Then...

Beat Sabrina after beating Rival and saving Silph.
Didn't have fly, so I went through Diglett's Cave to Viridian -> Pallet -> Cinnibar
Got the Secret Key and used an Escape Rope to get out. Winded up back in Saffron. Cursed to myself and got Fly and a Spearow to teach it to.
Beat Blaine.
Beat Giovanni one last time.
Beat Rival
4/5 through Victory Road, I accidentally used Raticate's Dig to wind up back in Viridian. Curse you 2000% speed.
Got through Victory Road again.
Bought a whole bunch of Revives and Full Restores.
Beat Loreli (Raticate solo w/ Thunderbolt and Body Slam)
Beat Bruno (Marowak w/ EQ and Raticate w/ Body Slam)

Update for Ultimate Username Challenge.

Ruby Update #1.

Spoiler:

• Name is Jaskil, went through plot stuff, picked Torchic. Got one with Adamant nature :/.
• Hacked in a Jirachi egg in my box using Ciro's Pokemon Maker. It has a Calm nature, and I named it Jimmy.
• Went through Petalburg Woods easily with Jimmy's Confusion, though I had to let Torchic finish the Magma Grunt since Pochenya is Dark.
• Arrived in Rustboro and challenged Roxannne.
  
  
  
  
  Easy win with Confusion, although it took Jimmy several of them to beat Nosepass. Jimmy is half Steel, so Rock was not effective at all.
  
  
• Beat all the rest of the trainers up north and saved Peeko.
• Caught a Whismur named Edgar that has a Careful nature.
• Went to Dewford and challenged Brawly with Jimmy.
  
  
  
  
  All they used was Bulk Up like three times and Super Potions. Jimmy's Confusion swept the whole gym without needing to heal.
  
  
• Navigated Granite Cave with Flash from a Seedot I caught earlier. I also have a Zigzagoon with Cut, both of which I caught before Petalburg City.
• In here, I caught a Makuhita named Hank with a Lax nature.
• Got a lift to Slateport and beat all the beach trainers and delivered the Devon Goods.
• Went up north and beat the Trick House, then on the way to Mauville, May was waiting.
  
  
  
  
  Had to finish with Jimmy as the rest of the team went down to Marshtomp.
  
  
• After the battle I saved; I am still on the way to Mauville.

Ruby Update #2.

Went from Mauville to Fortree City:

Spoiler:

- Hank and Edgar evolved on the way to Mauville.

- Went up to Fallarbor Town and stuff.

Sweep with Hank I think.

Hank swept here with the help of a Chesto Berry and Vital Throw.

- Surfed the ocean, then headed to Fortree City from Mauville.
- Caught a Tropius on Rt 119 before the Weather Institute, then used her to beat May.

Sweep with Tropius.

Team effort here with the exception of Jimmy.

Gave Tropius the name Tricia, and also named Combusken Blaze.

- And saved outside Trick House to catch up on those puzzles.

Well, I finished my challenge while I was away on vacation and have been delaying this post for a while.

-Beat Pryce.

I took care of Seel and Dewgong with Thunder from Starmie and Surfed over Piloswine.

-Took down Team Rocket.
-Traveled through Ice Path.
-Beat Clair

I took down all of her Dragons with Starmie's Blizzard and Thunder. I got creative with Kingdra and tried Zapping it to death.

-Caught Ho-oh for Sacred Ash. I never ended up using it -.-'
-Traveled through victory road.
-Evolved Nidorino at level 43 so it could learn Poison Jab without the TM.
-Fought Rival
-Went through E4

Vs. Will- I gave Starmie the magnet and Haunter the choice Scarf for this match. Starmie's Thunder took care of the Xatus and Haunter took care of everything besides Exeggutor. I used Pidgeotto for that one.

Vs. Koga- I used a Nidoking's earthquake on everything, but Venomoth and Crobat. Thunder from Starmie or Weezing took care of them.

Vs. Bruno- I used Pidgeot for the Fighting types and Starmie for Onix.

Vs. Karen- I taugh Nidoking Focus Punch JUST for her Umbreon. I landed a few hits and it went down. Rest was a cakewalk by type matching.

Vs. Lance- Much easier than I expected. I choice scarfed my Starmie again and relied heavily on Blizzard and Thunder. I also used Avalanche Nidoking.

Kanto was a bit of a tough cookie because my pokemon were underleveled from the start. (In order of defeat)

Lt. Surge- Earthquake all the way from Nidoking

Sabrina- I struggled my butt off to kill that Espeon @-@ I think I had to get it to struggle before I could beat it Mr. Mime and Alakazam went down much easier though because of Mr. Mime's defensive focus and Alakazam's LACK of defense.

Janine- By this time, I had finally gotten Psychic so Starmie easily solo'd

Erika- I waited for this one because I wasn't sure how I'd fair. *has been relying too much on Starmie and forgetting about his other pokes* It was easy though with all of my poison pokemon... AND then Pidgeot.

Misty- Starmie and Weezing both had Thunder so this was another relatively straightforward one. I got creative and just tried damaging the Quagsire though.

Brock- Went down easy with Starmie.

Blaine- Another Starmie solo.

Blue- I won by type matching, but it was difficult and I had to burn through some restoratives.

And then came my battle against Red. I used all sorts of tricks and heavily relied on shielding.

Vs. Pikachu- I started off with Focus Sash Haunter who used Trick Room. After Haunter died, I used Onix to set up Stealth Rock. After Onix died, I ko'd Pikachu in one hit with Nidoking's Earthquake.

Vs. Lapras- I used shields of Starmie and Nidoking (revive spamming) in order to force it into a struggle.

Vs. Snorlax- I whittled down it's hp in the hail and then switched to Nidoking during it's Giga Impact recharge turn. Focus Punch knocked it out.

Vs. Venusaur- I had to get it to use up all of it's Giga Drain on Nidoking, then I attacked with Avalanche.

Vs. Blastoise- I had to use struggle because it kept 2-hitting my fake electric types.

Vs. Charizard- Stealth Rock helped a LOT. After a few rounds of hail, choice Scarfed Starmie killed it.
