Since its inception,Pokemon has something called as Hm in every of its games! And many of these Hm's have almost no use when u battle. But still u gotta have these hm's on mons and sometimes waste up a moveslot!(Reason might be to irritate the fk out of us)
So what are the moves u want to be hm's next and which existing one should they replace?
    Ex-Flash cannon instead of flash
    X-Scissor instead of cut.
    etc,etc,etc

    No no no no no no no! No! No ;-;

I really don't like HMs >~< They're such a huge waste of a move slot and it'd be so much better to have key items that do what HMs do!

However, I suppose it would be nice to have some other moves as HMs :P Honestly though, if HMs aren't going away, I wouldn't want them to change xD I've grown up with HMs (sad, yes) and it'd be sad to see one drop out and get replaced.

I agree with KetsuekiR. HM's are such a waste of move space and seeing as how I generally have a full team it's a real pain to have to deposit one of my 'mons and replace it with a HM slave. :(

It'd be cool to see them replaced with moves that you'd actually consider using for your team (apart from Fly, Surf and Waterfall). I wouldn't mind seeing Cut replaced with Slash, for example.

I'd prefer to see them as natural abilities Pokemon have depending on their biology, personally. I'd expect to be able to travel on the back of any water Pokemon bigger than I am, and I'd expect any Pokemon with claws to be able to cut down bushes. HMs have always been an inconvenient nuisance for the most part, as the puzzles that utilise them are pathetic and highly disruptive of both regular gameplay and team building. If they absolutely MUST be in the games in some form, have them as natural abilities almost every Pokemon has or something.

    Spoiler:

This makes a lot of sense to me. Being able to utilize the natural abilities of the Pokemon like it's done in the anime would be completely fine. Even if that isn't going to happen though, HMs could at least become akin to key items. As long as they don't waste a spot I'm okay with them. That said, some HMs are actually good. Surf has been one of the best water type moves for a long time now and even if it were a TM, I'd probably teach it. It's the ones like cut that really annoy me xD

Flash is the worst of the lot. I try to avoid teaching this HM to any Pokemon at all costs, especially when I have no access to the Move Deleter. Others like Surf and Waterfall I don't mind, because they're actually usable in battles and can deal a good amount of damage (especially with Waterfall after the PSS split because it can be used by Pokemon like Swampert). In my opinion Cut should have its BP upped a bit, as well as its typed changed to something else, like Steel or Bug. As of now, it's not too bad, but becomes completely useless as levels get higher.

HMs are always annoying given you have to waste a moveslot on your main Pokemon or have to not use a full team due to needing room for an HM Slave. Surf, Waterfall and Fly I'll give a pass because of their decent base power, but the others just plain suck.

Aside from those three moves (Surf, Waterfall and Fly), and MAYBE Dive, there's not as much good to be said about the HMs. They should at least be deletable now that TMs are infinite use, something i've stated before.

Most HM moves are waste of space. They could have given us an item to get rid of the obstacles, something like a pair of magic gloves that allows the players to push boulders, a magic hammer to shatter the rocks etc.

I always despised the fact that in more recent generations, there have been more and more HM moves that your Pokémon need to use in the field just to finish the game. What's worse is that there's only certain Pokémon you can teach a particular HM to (and there are several different water-type HM moves). It's like a painful juggling act to determine which Pokémon to use on your team to be able to have all your HMs available to use. The issue of HM Slaves is also a concern, especially given the factors I just mentioned.

I remember Generation I having only 5 HMs, only one of which was a Water move (Surf). However, there was Flash, which was pretty much useless in battle. I'm glad that move is no longer a HM.

I'd much rather see them get rid of HMs, or at least make it possible to delete them. They're nothing but a pain, especially considering that you rely on them to complete the game most of the time.

But, the following HM replacements would be nice:
    Cut Slash
Fly Brave Bird, Sky Attack, Dragon's Ascent
    Strength Superpower
    Flash Flash Cannon, Tail Glow
Rock Smash Karate Chop, Close Combat, Brick Break

I chose more than one replacement for some of them because there's no reason why two different moves shouldn't be able to accomplish the same task in the overworld.

Flash and rock smash are the worst of all Hm. I have to destroy one of my cute shinx move just to add damn flash hm.
Yeah flash can be replace as flash canon.

    Easy fix: Allow
    a) Some pokemon's non-move physical features, or
    b) Some moves

to be used instead of HMs. For example a, a paras will get the Claws natural feature, which allows it to use cut without the HM (as soon as you get your required badge, of course), and
a Lapras may have Powerful Fins, which lets it use water HMs.
For example b, A pokemon can learn an HM, but it could also use a move similarly-themed in place of cut. Usage is, of course, limited to battle until you have the right HM.

Rock Smash: Iron Head, Brick Break, Iron Tail, Etc
Strength: Bulk Up, Mega Punch/Kick, Giga Impact, etc
Cut: Slash, X-Scissor, Metal Claw, False Swipe, Night Slash
